Christopher Taylor and I initiated business in June of 2010. He claimed to have BlackBerry 8900 phones that would be shipped to me from a company down the street from him. After receiving the invoice and communicating with him on multiple occassions that I specifically needed new phones in the factory OEM boxes, we proceeded with the transaction in which I wired him over $47,000 USD.

After nearly 3 weeks of waiting, I finally received the product. After inspection it was clear (and seeing they were shipped from China) that these were 100% factory refurbished BlackBerrys. I demanded that I be refunded for the product. He told me he would refund in full upon receipt of the items back to him in London. I gladly shipped back the phones to him.

Upon arrival of the units in London, Chris then insisted that he would not refund the original payment back to me. After 3 weeks of not answering calls or emails, I decided that the only way to recuperate my funds were to receive them back and sell them myself. He shipped them back to my warehouse in which I resold them for a loss.

After my customers had bought and received and ultimately sold them to their retail buyers, they found that over 80% of the units were defective in some way. They either didn't charge, didn't turn on, the screen didn't work, etc.

After all of this, Chris claimed that they were brand new and not refurbished. After this whole ordeal, I lost over $27,000 USD and countless hours of headaches returning and reselling the phones for parts or pieces. Chris refunded me $3,000 as a partial refund, but no more.

If you work with Mobile Distribution Solutions, it is not a question of whether or not you will get scammed or defrauded, but rather, when. I suggest you do not initiate or continue business with Christopher Taylor or his company.

Christopher Taylor and I initiated business on June 7th of 2010.

After 4 weeks of waiting, I finally received the product on July 7th, 2010. After inspection it was clear (and seeing they were shipped from China) that these were 100% factory refurbished BlackBerrys. I demanded that I be refunded for the product. Mr. Taylor told me he would refund in full upon receipt of the items back to him in London. I gladly shipped back the phones to him on July 22nd, 2010. Upon arrival of the units in London on July 27th, he then insisted that he would not refund the original payment back to me. After 3 weeks of not answering calls or emails, I decided that the only way to recuperate my funds were to receive them back and sell them myself. Mr. Taylor shipped them back to my warehouse on August 11, 2010. On receipt, I resold them for a near 20% loss. After my customers had bought and received and ultimately sold them to their retail buyers, they found that over 80% of the units were majorly defective in some way. They either didn't charge, didn't turn on, the screen didn't work, etc. This is after Mr. Taylor claimed that they were brand new and not refurbished, which given the return rate of over 80%, they most certainly were.

In the end, I lost over $27,000 USD and countless hours of headaches returning and reselling the phones for parts or pieces. After countless emails, Instant Messages and hung up phone calls, Mr. Taylor refunded me $3,500 on September 16th, 2010 as a partial refund. He did so only after I had informed him I would need to initiate legal action against him and his company.

After this incident, I would not suggest any person or company initiate or continue business with Christopher Taylor or Mobile Distribution Solutions.

I feel the need to respond to this post to provide the actual truth.

Admittedley this particular deal unfortunately did not turn out as planned, however we worked tirelessly with you Mr Phil Creek to bring a mutual conclusion refunding you 4789.92 British Pounds, the amount YOU requested as full & final settlement. It appears to me that you have decided to lie & fabricate the truth as we declined your request (on legal grounds) for a further refund after a period of 4 months! So now you have simply tried to smear our good name on the internet, which will not be tolerated without retribution.

I would like to make it clear, we are not scammers & have never knowingly defrauded anyone.

We will be taking further legal advice to puruse Mr Phil Creek for slander & defamation of character.
