I submitted all of the required paperwork for a rebate for Mobile Espn in June. The form states the rebate would take 6-8 weeks. You can check the status of the rebate on rebateshq.com.

So during the 6-8 weeks, I checked the status & it shows the rebate was received on 6/19 and had been entered for final processing. On 8/25 I called the rebate company because I had not received anything. At that time I was advised that Mobile Espn had not yet hit the approval button in the system for this rebate. So it was just sitting there.

The person I spoke with advised me that she would put it through again for approval & I should receive something in 4-6 weeks! That's crazy. I expressed to her that this did not seem right. This is $50 that is due to me. I asked if there was someone that I could contact at Mobile Espn to find out what the delay was for and to see if it could get approved ASAP.

I was advised that there was no one I could contact. Mobile Espn just has to approve it in the system.

This is ridiculous. I just feel that they are dragging it on & if I had never called it would just sit there forever. I just checked the status & it still states "entered and waiting for final processing".
