Mobile Home World Benton Missouri- Ferrell Mobile Homes Broke my Brand New Trailer and Refuses to Fix It.
I bought this new trailer from them and they gave me the run around from the beginning. They lied over three times about when it would be delivered. I had to get my banker to call and talk to them just to get it to my land. When they finally got it here, they busted the door open because they didn't have any keys, placed several large structural cracks in the ceiling, broke part of one of the windows, and broke off half of the window awning off at the end of the trailer. They never finished installing the A/C unit and it has been months since I got the trailer. Also, during the time it took them to get it out here, somehow the walls in the livingroom now have water damage and someone stole the refrigerator from the trailer that was supposedly locked and closed up. It has been a shady deal from the beginning. I called repeatedly trying to get them to fix the damages that they have done with no prevail. I hope this report helps to inform anyone out there looking to buy a trailer to be well informed before you get yourself tied up with certain companies.

My understanding that this issue has been resolved but according to our records the following happened. The consumer was called the day of delivery to verify location was dry and home could be pulled onto the spot. We stressed if the ground was damp from rain the nite before it was best to not deliver the home because damage could occur. WE were informed that there had been no rain and the location where the home was being located was perfectly dry. After arriving at site it was obvious that the ground conditions was opposite of what we had been told. The ground had water standing on it. When consumer was confronted about ground conditions we were told that it had just rained after we had called.
