Complaint Review: Mobile mechanics

 This man mike capris harrassed me and tried to con me out of money. Never filed against me and previously was a friend. I offered to help him swap a trans when he reached out to me about needing a trans swap. He said that it was just about out and only needed tops an hour to pull the trans. When i got there the trans was still attached to the motor the entire truck was on old wood blocks and it looked like it was damaged from lack of exp from whom ever was working on it. Red flags went up all over. So i said ill help u out for 300 to pull the tras. He agreed immediately. I asked why didnt he just continue and pull the trans himself since he was so far along. His excuse were that he could

but needed a hand. I said are u going to assist me? He said yes whatever i needed. So when i came back the next day to pull the trans with him, during the day, he said that he didnt know we were doing it together and was no way available to help. I said theres no way i can do it on dirt with out help on my back. He blamed me for the miscommunication. I said well then i cant help. He said he would have his workers assist me with it. I told him the next time i was available was later that week and he said he would have several workers and anytning i needed to get it done asap. But would not be there. The truck was unregistered uninsured and on someone elses property. I

didnt know if this was even his truck. And knowing him from his past he constantly scammed harrased and bashed people i knew . So i was not sure i could even trust anything about the reasons why he could not be there or that the tras was even working or not everything was begining to seem like he needed a fall guy because he also kept digging about if it didnt work that it would be ok because it would be on him. When i asked what he meant he asmitted that tjis was the second attempt to swap the trans because he installed the first used one wrong. So i was feeling there was something sketchy about this deal. But i needed the money because i was slow. I also felt because he was a

friend we could of establish a closer friendship because i did like his personality and mutual common intrests. Well 2nd time i came by no one was there and i messaged and called him and he kept saying his guys were on there way. After an hour of waiting no one showed. So i had to reschedule because i was on a schedule myself. Then he began to badger and harass me till the next day. I talked to him about it explained how busy i was and could not afford to waste time. So he said come meet him the following day i said i would if he could at least give me some kind of a deposit to show how serious he was about getting this truck done asap. He agreed. When i came he asked for me to

give him a reciept showing that he gave me half down. I said ill write one out but not giving him an invoice involving my business that this was strictley a private deal. I also said im doing this as a friend not thru my business and was not comfortable writing out a reciept. He said well how do i know you ll get it done. I said well ill give u my passport and when its done ill get it back. He said no problem. The next day i said i would be there by 5 and was bringing friends to help. When i called him to let him know i was on my way he replied saying it was already done and could not wait for me that he and his workers did it. I was shocked considering he gave me a deposit the day before and

claiming not to have the time to do it. So he said let me get the 150 back that night. I explained that the money was already spent and he would have to wait till i could come up with it. He started to get upset and i reassured him that he had my passport and that this was all last min. From the start he knew i was in need of this work because i was going thru a finacial hardship. He also knew that the money was to be used for another job to recoop a profit on a job that was already a disaster becuase the customer had wanted me to front the parts. So i told mike that i could give him payments of 50 a week and dropped off fifty that day. And i did. Then he asked me to help him on another truck

with his hubs because he didnt know or have the tool to repair it or even know how to repair it. So when i got there i finished the job for him with the impression i would not owe him money. I also gave him a snapon socket for the lugs that he had so he didnt have to buy one that would fit the kind of aftermarket rims that were on that truck. I left there believing we were squared up. I asked him for my passport and he said it was in his wifes truck. Claimed that the next day he would meet up with me. I said i squared up with him his words exactly finsihing the repair to the other truck that he could not finish and giving him an expensive socket tbat i did not owe him the other 100. He

argued saying that he never said that. I said when i asked for the passport back when i was done why didnt u say that then? He said that his wife had it and he ll give it back to me the next day. When i called him yhe next day he did not answer and all that week did not answer. Then when he finally did said i still owes him. The sob was trying to rip me off or have me do work to a truck he broke and i knew there was something up. I believe when he gave the deposit he thought that was cheaper to put the damage on the trans on me and thought he could sue me to recoop his money he lost out on messing up the first one. when he messed it up. But when i would not go there with out

someone there he just cut his losses used ne for the other truck and tried to get the 150 back that i was willing to return and i did return it. The guy tried to get over on me and now is bashing me because he could not outsmart me. This sob is known for ripping people off and harrassing them he has several restraining oreders against him and is always involved in sone drama and has harrasment charges from just about everyone hes ever met. Ripoof report will not take down the bogus reports from unvalidated proof. Ripoff report is now trying to get me to give them 7000 dollars to give my business a valued verified business review. Its a d**n scam and i am going after them and this

sob for attacking me and hindering my business with bogus complaints . So good luck to both and ripoff and mike.

 I have never scamed anyone i want these reports removed because there is no proof of any issue and there has not ever been an issue.
