Complaint Review: Mobile Media Cellular Corp.

If you want to work for a company that make's you move backwards, then Mobile Media is the job for you. This company is involved in money laundering, tax invasion, and fraud. I use to work for them and I have notice that they do this to all their employees. The company is a commission structure pay, and they don't offer any salary or money per hour. They try to force you to work over time with no additional incentive, which is illegal. You only get paid for sale's, but yet they enforce you to clean the store, stock merchandise, count phones three time's daily, and take inventory which takes hours. Adding to that, they find any reason to hold commission from you, and they continue to mess up your check with no regards to fixing it. since this is a commission structure job and because their is so much paper work to go through its hard to keep track of it; reasons being that the only way to see how much you are getting is by using their software at work and they limit your use of it. This way they feel like they can pay what ever the like instead of what they promised you. In the state of Florida its illegal to deduct out of an employees check unless it benefits the employee, regardless of fraud or any illegal activities the employee is involved in. This company literally steals around a hundred to two-hundred dollars bi-weekly from every employee. Over the years it adds up, and that is money laundering. If you Quit with notice they hold your last check for four months, if you quit without notice they hold your check for six months. Being that its a commission structure company they can hide income from the Internal Revenue Service, and when they get audited you don't want to be their held accountable as well. Stay away from this company, you will pour your heart out for them, but i guarantee you the risk of having a empty stomach, and a deficit on your hands. Beware Beware Beware.
