Mobile Media Solution I billed the first then after I told them to cancel my membership and spoke to three representatives and a supervisor and was told that I was removed from their company and two weeks later was billed Internet

I was billed twice the first time I accepted the charges and spoke to three representatives and a supervisor and was informed that I was removed from their services, then the next month was billed again. Had Cincinnati bell call the Mobile Media Solution to have the charges reversed and they informed me that it takes up to fifteen to twnety business days to receive and that was on August the 9th I still have not received the refund. When I have called and asked about the refund it has turned into it's in the mail and there is no way of tracking the check to see if it's been processed or send out. Today is the September 3, 2011.
