4/27/08 attempted to use cell phone and received message insufficient balance to complete call.

4/28/08, updated cell phone account and subsequent review of 60 days activity showed numerous 15 cent charges and 2 for 9.99.

Cell provider (Virgin Mobile), indicated that I had, at some point, opened a text message from Mobile Messenger thereby activating an account with Mobile Messenger, I haven't taken the time to find out what service I supposedly activated, nor do I intend to.

Virgin Mobile has refused to refund 23.43 in charges over a 2 month period, they did indicate they would block 3 account numbers associated with the charges specified.

I believe Virgin Mobile bears a great deal of responsibility for my predicament and will discontinue their service shortly and also file a complaint against both companies with the Federal Communication Commision
