Complaint Review: Mobile Auto Glass Service

I called to get a side mirror replaced. Tony showed up with the wrong mirror but assured me it would work. He put the replacement in, sort of, would not even try to make it fit properly and then wouldn't leave without being paid in full. Since I was having this done at my place of business I didn't want to cause a scene so I paid him in full.

I called the next day to tell Tony or George or whatever name he was calling himself that day, to please come out and fix the mirror or if he couldn't to give me my money back. He laughed and hung up.

Lesson learned. Don't use these guys if you can possibly help it. I will pay a reputable company to fix Tony or George or whatever's mess and have it done the right way.
