Complaint Review: Mobile Mower Medics

I used this company a year ago and they did a good job. I called them to service my mower again this year. When I got the mower back it did not start the way it should. I questioned if they did the work they said they did... I called them and they did not seem to care if I was unhappy. They said they did the work but would look at it again for more money. I had already paid them $138.00.... so I took the mower to another repair shop.... who concluded that Mower Medics only changed the oil & filter but no other work was performed... These people are fundamentally dishonest and should be avoided at all costs.  A (((REDACTED))) women pulled up next to me at the other repair shop where I took my mower to be fixed. The (((REDACTED))) woman was from Mobile Mower Medics.... I told her that I just confirmed they had ripped me off at Mobile Mower medics... She thought it was funny... she laughed and stated they did the repairs. These are horrible and petty people.
