If you want a new cell phone and insurance to coverage loss or theft, don't go to Mobile Solution. They sold me "insurance" for my phone and then were unaccountable when it came to replacing the phone. The "manager" I spoke with last night even informed me that they've had "fraudulent managers" in the past but he was on the up and up. The rep from the T-Mobile store is the one that told me to file this report.

They charged me $40 for insurance, wanted another $35 for the replacement and another $30 for Fed Ex charges but told me the phone wouldn't be delivered for approximately 10 days. (Then why am I paying overnight charges?). After 4 hours of speaking to lots of different people and filing the required police report in order to file a claim, I found out that it was actually cheaper and quicker to buy a new phone through my carrier.

They want your Visa number before answering any questions. Luckily I pulled enough information out of them and decided not to give them my Visa number.
