I purchased a newly constructed Enclosed Bendron Titan Trailer from Rodger Fuller, Owner of Mobile Space Sales and Rentals in Bonaire, GA in June of 2011. At that time I paid the required deposit of $250 so that the trailer could be built.

In July 2011 the trailer was finished and ready for delivery. Mobile Space Sales Person Pat called me to make arrangements for his delivery driver to deliver the trailer to me for an additional $700 on top of the trailer sales price of $4100. Pat made all of the delivery arrangements and I met his delivery driver on the specified day.

On the day of delivery, I noticed that the trailer was damaged. There were two small dents on the front panel of the trailer. The delivery driver informed me that I should call Pat at Mobile Space and report the damage and that Pat would take care of me. Having had no problems with Pat, Rodger or Mobile Space up to this point, I did as the driver instructed and paid the driver the remaining balance due, took delivery of the trailer and contacted Pat at Mobile Space.

Pat acknowledged the damage, asked for photos which I provided then said he would get back to me with a resolution. Several weeks went by with out any contact then one day I received a call from Rodger Fuller informing me that he would not be able to help me because the driver does not work for him and that I should have filed a claim with the delivery drivers insurance company. I informed Rodger that his sales person did not explain this to me. Rodger apologized for the confusion and offered to split the repair bull with the driver.

I received two estimates to repair the damage. Both estimates were around $800. I informed Rodger of this and waited for his reply and approval. Neither Rodger not Pat would reply.

While waiting for Rodger to reply I started noticing problems with the newly constructed trailer. Water was leaking into the enclosed area and was starting to cause mold to grow on the side wall. The side and ramp doors would not close properly. Rust stains were beginning to show up on the exterior of the trailer. The tongue would jam which did not allow the tongue to lock safely onto the ball receiver. I immediately contacted Pat at Mobile Space to ask for advice. Pat recommended that I contact the manufacture directly for warranty service.

I called Bendron Titan Trailer and spoke to Jimmy the Operating Manager. Jimmy stated that the side window must need to be re-caulked and offered to send me some caulk so I may repair the trailer myself. I agreed and forwarded my information to Jimmy via the email address he provided. After speaking with Jimmy, I inspected the trailer further and found that the water leak was caused by a window that had been installed up-side-down and the roof was cracked in several places. I immediately called Jimmy back but was only able to leave him a message.

Since July 2011 the trailer remains damaged and leaks water. Nothing has been repaired and neither Mobile Space nor Bendron Titan Trailer is willing to offer any kind of reasonable solution. Both Companies: Mobile Space Sales & Rental and Bendron Titan Trailers will rip you off as they have ripped me off.

I spoke to Rodger Fuller and he agreed to replace the trailer with a new one.
I appreciate Rodgers willingness to work with me. Replacing the trailer was not expected and I fully acknowledge this as an above and beyond gesture.
Thank you Rodger for your help!
