The initial buy was fairly pleasant whe Karla Ramirez was assisting my wife and me. The "apparent" manager showed up and became some what beligerant to Karla but said nothig to me, she finished the paper work and then he tried to process my check, when that didn't work I was asked for a credit card with a magnetic strip to be able to gain access to his system. I told him specifically not to try to charge my credit card. He said its the same thing, right.

Due to wanting the deal I paid cash and went my way and did the set up as per the manual. After encountering some difficulty deciphering the non-intuitive directions I called the number they gave me. After two or there phone calls and getting no satisfaction I went back to the mosque and was treated like the proverbial "idiot step son".

The "manager" physically grabbed the phone from my hand and asked nothing about my problem and proceded to call his local number and when it rang he looked at me an shrugged with a question on his face.

I then explained my delimma and what I needed. I was given the same pamphlet I got at the initial sale. I agree with earlier personnel, these people need to be trained my Verizon in how to be human beings and not street thugs or gang bangers.
