I had a cell phone in need of repair. Saw a website that seemed legitimate. Called and talked to the owner/representative.  He said he could repair my phone.

He said go to the website and follow the directions.  I did. I paid for rush processing and delivery.  It was $116.  I mailed the phone UPS.  I have a record it was delivered.  That was over 2 moinths ago.

I have tried to contact him many, many times by phone, email, website contact location and FAcebook page.  It is impossible to contact him or get a response.  His website says they are not taking any more orders until they catch up with back orders.

The Facebook site has many other complaints of people that have not gotten their phones back.  He does not answer communications to other people, either.

All the complaints used to be posted on the Facebook page.  Now it seems he has removed unfavorable comments every few days.

He must be stopped.  He must have hundreds of phone and tens of thousands of dollars. Please help.
