Owner's of business took complete advantage of information provided to them on May 28, 2020. I went in to business after asking for help on a aluminum ramp for our home that it. The owners trying to convince us the ramp was the wrong choice and should purchase a scooter as well. My wife fractured her ankle on March 6th preventing her to work, or walk for awhile according to extra and explaination given by doctor's.

We took all this inconsideration and told the owners and that when I bought this with intentions I can return as they told would be no issues knowing the May 29 would be having a evaluation with an orthopedic. We call within 12hr of purchase and requested a refund and stop all processes and that when all went to hell. They not only refused and do the right thing but to lie to us and said wasn't unable being they put order and would be delivered by Tues June 2nd and unable to stop being it's against the disability act and distributor.

I feel what they did to us was unethical, unprofessional, and just downright dirty. I told him that I will be seeing an attorney and that's when they reply that the best I can do is that when the unit comes in they can put it on consignment and charge me 15% to sell it. I just couldn't believe my ears what just happened I was trying to do the right thing for my wife to help her walk and being that we took the information that was given to us for the last three months and then this doctor told us that my wife didn't need a surgery after all and all she needed was a walker this company just refuse to completely give us our refund.

As of today this problem has got to the point where it got out of hand. So I ask myself why would a company continue to be in business treating consumers this way and why would a consumer or anyone want to do business with a business that does people like this incorrectly in this world. All of us is for my refund that's it and it would all have been gone instead their as*es.

I work in a rehab and most times you can get a ramp by just renting it (should have talked the Social Worker at the facility). Getting a scooter for someone with a fractured ankle is just enabling that patient to not WALK. Therapy after this would help with mobility as well as strength training since a fractured ankle heals in time.

SO I have not a clue about what you are complaining about. You took it upon yourself to do something before even starting a rehab program and now you are complaining about being ripped off.  Therefore I fail to see a ripoff and NO I do not work for this company.

If you were going to see a doctor for evaulation the next day, why would you sign any agreement or give them any money? For that matter, why would you even call them the day before your appointment? Even if you did not have an appointment the next day, why would you agree to purchase one before you consulted with the doctor?

As for the refund policy, what did YOU sign when you paid them the money? Hopefully you didn't just hand over any money without signing something that said you did have the right to refund it. By the way, unless the Attorney was a bluff, when you contact your attorney these are also very likely the same questions they are going to ask.

Oh and NO I do not work for them..

Good Luck...
