The owner has not provided the agreed upon refund for a roof tent. Over the last three months he has promised to refund the tent multiple times only to ignore requests via email and paypal. The owner has sold the tent so we cannot take possession of it. In addition, we have paid for but have not received a solar panel package and have been given no indication as to when we will receive it.

Moby1 Expedition Trailers paid us in full the day they were to appear in small claims court. This complaint is no longer pending any action since the refund has been satisfied.
