We have a child with several disabilities and after talking to I indivigual that stated he was the owner of this entity (Rob) which my husband and myself bumbed into outside this astablishment, he (Rob) talked to the both of us telling my husband that him (Rob) and his to be parner (Dov) have been working with children with Autism for five years or more that they have the best support to help our child. Rob went on telling us that they offered the best services with all of the latest equipment with a staff of five or more speech pathologists and are more than equiped to work with us. Rob furthered on with the run down, "We basically have most kids start out with hour sessions with speech patholigists that would be the best for our child" Then we (Moco Movement) work with these children and help them work with communication through play theripy.

So we called and scheduled an appointment for our child to start with Moco Movements program. After the second appointment my husband had come to understand that first this person was not the owner, second the appointments are only 30 to 45 minutes each, with a recommendation of two or more appointments a day three days aweek, Third that Moco Movement only has two or three speech theripists, finally all we see is that to help with our childs speech they at Moco Movement was just having our child play on some type of obstical court. These things didn't quite make sence to us. So we requested a program/progress report so that we could have another company look into this.

Having waited about two weeks to get our report for our child we went to another company in the area to review this report and to ask about the model that Moco Movement is appling to help with our childs needs. We come to findout that Moco Movement has tried this out before and folded their first company. This new company Moco Movement they are using and ill informing their clients that they are all using a DIR model, which is different from what we were first told that they offered. Having to call around to another company in the area we found that some of these (theripists) actually recieved their education from a Bethesda based company through some type of online course with a educational process that was started from a doctor that is now deceased and has been being operated by a family member that is no doctor.

We have met and been in contact now with several people that have been lied to and misled to believe that Moco Movement offers something that not only they are not equiped to do, they are harming children to what end no one knows until these children grow up. It is very wrong to tell people that like use are dispret to find help for our children and believe what we are told by people that appear to be professionals in the feild of working with children that need help. This has been a horrible experience one that has now led us to not be trusting parents with our child. I only hope that other parents will get this true information, we are following up through Montgomery County state as well as we have filed a report with the federal goverment as well. We think that this is a class action lawsuit towards this company and we are trying to reach other families that have been misled or lied to by Moco Movement as well.
