Complaint Review: Modaqueen

ModaQueen sell fake products.

Moda Queen's claims of authenticity are false and without any substance whatsoever. They have refused to offer any refund or provision of the product actually requested despite valid claims on my behalf.

Moda Queen through correspondence continue to represent that the product in question (in this instance a Marc Jacob's handbag) is fake:

"As it is indicated on our website, we only deal with authentic merchandise that is overstocked or discontinued from past seasons.

We have thousands of satisfied customers all over the world and most of them are repeat customers.

Rest assured that the product you received from our company is authentic.

Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have further questions."

Further, despite valid identifying factors as to why the product is a fake (quality and type of leather, tags, zipper etc) they have continued to reply as follows:

"The products that we feature are from past seasons and there are always differences between same style products depending on the year the item was released including the leather since it undergoes a different process everytime.

We do not control what sales reps will tell you, or what people post on the internet. We are sorry you were told that.

Like all designer products, Marc Jacobs handbags are made of top quality materials and you do not have to be an expert to identify a knockoff product. I am sure you appreciate the beautiful calfskin leather and craftsmanship of your bag.

As we stated in our last email, the product you received is an authentic Marc Jacobs product. Enjoy it!"

Do not shop with Moda Queen if you are expecting a genuine and authentic product.
