Model LInen Service Bait and Switch will not honor modified contract by sales rep Ogden Utah

I won't even give them a star rating but I have to give them something in order to post..  Their integrity is poor.  Their service is beyond poor and they just don't care.  Their sales reps are dishonest.  And their management will not ...MoreTheir integrity is poor.  Their service is beyond poor and they just don't care.  Their sales reps are dishonest.  And their management will not honor the modified contracts of their dishonest salesmen.  Then they have the nerve to accuse the customer of the one being dishonest and of being a forger of modification to the contract.  AMAZING!  DO NOT, I repeat, Do NOT allow this company to provide you with products or services.  You will be greatly disappointed and treated poorly.
 
 
I agreed to verbally and signed a 30 day contract.  After 30 days I would be allowed to cancel at anytime.  After 18 months and repeated efforts to get the poor service corrected I decided to choose another supplier.  When I contact Model LInen to terminate further deliveries and to pick up their current linens I was met with firm and hostile, even accusing, resistance and an absolute 'NO' to allow me to terminate futher servies.  They said I had a five year agreement, a huge difference from 30 days, and that I was stuck to that five years and there would be no exceptions; although the sales rep indicated, in writing and verbally, on my contract copy that it was a 30 day contract. 
 
Interenet research of this company indicates that this is not the first time this exact bait and switch has occurred to a Model LInen customer.
