We received a call stating that an order had been placed for toner, and that prices were going up but they would honor the price we'd been paying for toner. I had made no such order, as everything is ordered and paid for through our parent company (items are sent here as needed.)
They sent a non-working toner to our office, and sent a bill to our main office, who then informed us of this sort of scam.
