Complaint Review: Modern Gen Auto

Modern Gen Auto They sent the wrong part. I returned it at my expense ($12.93) even though the mistake was made by ModernGen. I asked for them to send me the correct parts but instead they said they would refund the money I paid for the part. I received a confirmation on September 10th that I would get a refund . It is now September 24th and still no refund! When I call they just tell me to wait longer! Ft. Worth Texas

They sent the wrong part. I ordered a pair of hood struts for a C6 Corvette. I returned it at my expense ($12.93) even though the mistake was made by ModernGen. I asked for them to send me the correct parts but instead they said they would refund the money I paid for the part. I received a confirmation on September 10th that I would get a refund . It is now September 24th and still no refund! When I call they just tell me to wait longer! I am out $34.99 for the struts and $12.93 for the return cost. Total $47.92!
