This experience was absolutely the most frustrating experience I've EVER had with any company. Furniture was to be delivered by March 18th, 2006; finally arrived on April 12th. Contract stated that compensation would begin on April 30th if furniture was not delivered.

When initially inquiring about delivery date &/or compensation, owner sarcasticly stated that "there would be NO compensation and that 'gas was too expensive' to deliver my 'piddly' load!"

Owner consistently used inappropriate tone and offensive language with customer. Customer incurred 3+ weeks double rent (25 days from promised verbal delivery date, 12 days past written contract date), inconvenience, mental anguish.

There was NEVER any attempt for professional or courteous conversation from the first inquiry NOR was there any attempt to resolve customer complaint.
