On 10-18-2003, I ordered a craps winning strategy from winplayingcraps.com. I had trouble downloading the product. I emailed administration twice for help. No response. I then called their 800 number twice and left messages. No one returned my calls.

I finally had to file a fraud report with my credit card company. This involves putting a lock on the card and being isued a new credit card. Cost $5.00. Then you fill out a fraud report and it can take up to 90 days to get your your money back. All this time you're dealing with customer service in India which makes a real chore.

I advise anybody to not do business with this company.
