Complaint Review: Modern Security Locksmith Service LLC

I found and called the company from the local yellow book for rekeying three door-locks to same key. The technician took two hours for one door and could not make the key. Then he took it to his workshop and brought back but the key was still not working perfectly. Each time to open the door, I have to push the key hardly. Due to the technician having working long time (total over three and half hours), I accepted the work by receiving a recipt and the company warranty for his service for 90 days. However, after 27 days, the key doesn't work anymore. I called the company and they came and said the lock was broken and they are not responsible for the lock.

It is not fair because the lock was working perfectly prior to his work and after the technician worked on the lock, the lock became the damaged due to the re-key was not perfect or defect. I believe the service from the company is not reliable. If you want to have peace mind or reliable service, you had better to not have this company's service.
