I purchased a vehicle from this dealer on 3/12/04. On 3/16/04, noticed problems with motor stalling. On 3/17/04, while driving the vehicle, engine light came on. I immediately took the vehicle back to the lot.

The owner and sales manager indicated that they had 'forgot to erase the computer' so the light would go off. They indicated at that time that if the light came back on that there would be something wrong with it. The light came back on and I returned the vehicle.

On 3/18/04 dropped the vehicle off. The dealer has had the vehicle in their possession since then. They indicated that the vehicle needed a fuel injection rod. Unwilling to purchase a new rod, they searched for a used one. No success.

The vehicle has sat idle, no repairs done, no tear down to pinpoint the problem; nothing. The vehicle was finally taken to CarbPros in Modesto. It sat there for another week because the dealership indicated they were waiting for the part. It got to the point that the shop called the dealer and asked them to pick up the vehicle or they would begin charging storage. It took the dealership 4 days to pick up the vehicle.

On 4/6/04, I walked into the dealership and requested my money back and the owner has not budged. I have not been able to talk to the owner because he won't show face. He had his sales manager tell me that the part was on order and that as soon as he got the part, he would repair the vehicle and have it back to me.

The part has been on order for almost a week now and it still can't get here. I alerted the financial institution that has the contract (which by the way, has no contract number on it), and no business license # listed anywhere and advised them of the dealerships poor business habits.

I have advised the finance company that they should 'red flag' this business so they are looking into the situation and calling me back in 48 hours. This dealership is ripping people off and no one is saying anything. It's time to stop them!
