Modlily.com I ordered a dress from them and they did not send it and wont refund my money Internet
I purchased a dress from this website. I have been corresponding back and forth with them because i did not receive dress they tried offering 20 percent refund up to 60 percent i told them all i want is my refund for item i didnt recieve they are no longer corresponding with me.
