Complaint Review: Modulo Cucine LLC

Ordered several kitchen countertops for a condiminium in South Florida.   I was assured therse countertops were custom made in Italy and each piece of the granite was unique and special.   After paying an enormous price of $178,000 for a deposit on these "original countertops", it turns out they were made in China and were super cheap and flimsy.

Called the office and could not get through to customer service to process a refund.   They charged my credit card an additional  $2,700 for shipping and handling for fake chinese made countertops.   I have never heard back from this company and they have since sent me to a collection agency for additional "fees, taxes and late fees????  Never do business with this company!   They will SCAM YOU AND GRAB YOUR MONEY with NO REMORSE!!!!!
