Complaint Review: Moecker & Associates

Michael Moecker & associates was hired to act as the assignee for my companies liquidation. I thought loosing my business was the worst thing that had happened to me till I hired them and they made it worse. They failed to monitor the bank accounts allowing charges that should not have been. They failed to attempt to collect the accounts receivable. They sold off the buildings CCTV system, failed to maintain the alarm system and then invited in scrap metal people to cut and remove steel beams and railings they had no right to. Coincidentally just after the scrap metal people came, the alarm stopped working and scrap metal people broke in several times stealing A/C units, wiring and destroying the inside of the building. This hurt the value of the building that was an asset of the company. They also refused with no reason even though I continually asked to allow the building to be listed for sale, loosing 5 months of possible sales and accruing 5 montyhs of costs. In selling the assets of the company they did not even bother using free websites that I gave them that would have alerted every likely buyer of our equipment of the sale. They got angry at me for asking them to do their job.
