DO NOT WORK WITH THIS REALTY! THEY ARE VERY UNETHICAL! Me and my partner were looking for a house in West Hollywood and contacted Prudential Realty on Melrose Ave. They told us an agent will contact us back. We received a call from "Gigi" Pui Wai Fung and made an appointment. When met with Gigi she was wearing a see thru dress and we could see everything. Gigi was very flirtatious with very bad English. It was like dealing with a prostitute from some from some foreign land.
While Gigi was showing house she kept asking us personal questions like; Are we single? Are we dating anybody?........ Then Gigi started talking about her Korean boyfriend with small p***s. Gigi went on about how much she hates her boyfriend, she is only using him because he owns his own condo and she can't afford her own. Then she asked us about our penises saying: "I bet you two have big penises, I like big penises."
First we thought it was amusing then it just got very awkward and uncomfortable. For the rest of time being with this disgusting individual, Gigi kept starring at our private areas and smiling or making faces.
We contacted their office Prudential Realty on Melrose, and spoke to their office manager Fred Coleman. Fred was not shocked about Gigi and brushed it off like this was not a big deal. The punch line is that a week later we received a call from Gigi to see more houses. Obviously she is still working for Prudential realty. Sounds like Prudential Realty is running a w***e house than a brokerage.
Somebody needs to report these people to CA Dept. of real Estate and pull their license.

Hello another non customer:
We at On Target Apartment Rentals service throughout the Los Angeles Metropolitan renting thousands of apartments with thousands of happy customers. On this site RIPOFF REPORT we have complaints from a disgruntle former agent who could not produce and this individual who heard a story from their BFF's cousin that sounds so made up.
Althought the BFF's cousin nonstory sounded so horrific that they had to take a third hand story and go out of their way to make another false inquiry against our company but also their complaint has no content. WHAT DID YOUR BFF'S COUSIN COMPLAINT ABOUT? We are very sorry but we do not have an employee named Alex. Well, your BFF's cousin told you this non existence employee of ours was hostile? How was he hostile?
This is another enquiry from our competition who can not provide our superb services and have to vent off by making false silly accusations to destroy our reputation. Again, as this individual clearly admits she/he is not a customer of ours but heard a story from a BFF's cousin.
