I saw his Juvederm and Botox prices on Groupon when I typed in Juvederm and not only was his rented room in another doctors office not where the groupon was listed, but he has about 5 different locations on Groupon where he rents a tiny room to do these procedures. When I walked in he had about 100 syringes laying out on the table next to him. Extremely unprofessional to say the least, but if he’s using the syringes that come from the companies, why are there randomn syringes laying around? I know that Juvederm places the syringes each in its own individual box, so why does he have randomn a laying all over the table? Because he is obviously using something other than what he’s telling is he’s using in our faces. He first texted me a picture of a price list from a New Jersey number which said Juvederm XC was $350.00. When I got to the office I told him I wanted Juvederm ultra (which is the same thing as Juvederm XC) and he told me that was $400.00. That was red flag number one but I decided to give him the benefit of the doubt stupidly.

I told him I wanted 2 syringes because I wanted one for my lips and one to split on my jawline and chin. He didn’t even use ANY NUMBING CREAM and told me it wouldn’t hurt at all, which I knew it would because needles poking at your face clearly hurt but again I didn’t want to make a big deal as long as I got what I went for- Which I did not like many others I now see. He poked my face with the needle about 8 times and after every poke told me to look in the mirror to see and kept saying wow big difference after every one yet I did not see a single difference until he got to my lips. I’ve been gettin my lips done since I was 22 years old so I know what one syringe of Juvederm ultra looks like. He put in what looks like about a half a string MAYBE- if he even put any Juvederm in my lips. On my chin and jawline he put absolutely nothing. There is absolutely no difference at all. So I bought 2 syringes which were "400” each and i payed $900.00.

When I left the office I realized not only did he made a mistake with the amount I payed but, I looked in the mirror and saw NOTHING DIFFERENT with the 2 syringes He just "put in” so I went back immediately to have him either give me my money back or fix what he had to and he wouldn’t budge. I told him that I saw his reviews and he could not get away with ripping people off like this and that I would call my lawyer and have him contact him so I asked for his business card and he would not give me one. I got a receipt when I left and he first wrote the wrong amount on the reciept but because I went to the lady in front that was the doctor he rents to secretary he changed it. I was irate and already called my lawyer. If anyone has this issue which I am aware now that I am definitely not the only one please email me at katxalexa@icloud.com and maybe something can be done when I speak to my lawyer in the morning. This is absolutely ridiculous.
