Mohammad M. Rahman, Nasty Neighbor in Northern Virginia!
If you are ever subject to have this psychotic man (he should not even be classified as a human) as your neighbor - stay clear of him. He is totally intollerable and has not one friend. I lived by this strange creature for 5 years in a condo. He had went down to the District Magistrates office and filed a warrant for my arrest for disturbing the peace, just because I would shut the door and walk through my house, not to mention the fact that he hated my two dogs and was deathly afraid of them! Thankfully now he is gone but hopefully one day he will be put through the living hell that he had put me and my family through for 5 years.
