Complaint Review: Mohammad Rafi

OAN Services Co which I have no idea what does this company do, they have charged me on my Att telephone bill, without asking me or without my permission the OAN has charged me since las 2 month, when I called them to ask them they said that, I have give them a permission on internet and and the told me my email address which i have no idea where they got it from and they said we can cancil that and you will get your refund. The following month which is feb,08 on my phone bill the oan they added the amount again in my bill, then I called the oan again and they said its gone take some bill cycles to be removed from your phone bill.
