Mohammed Sayani not fixing things that does not work for the time we moved into the home, we have told him about this Cordova Tennessee
We moved into this home, on July 1st 2008, first we have to paint the inside, it was a mess, then we had to fixed his fence, pieces were missing, we replaced all the pieces, also the bathrooms had mold in every bathroom, we had to clean that, it took us days to scurbb the bathrooms and actually redo the caulking in all bathrooms, the outside had green mold on the concrete piled with junk in the backyard, we cleaned all that too.
WE HAVE TOLD HIM SEVERAL TIMES TO FIX THE BATHROOMS UPSTAIRS, IT DOES NOT FLUSH, WE HAVE TRIED TO PUT A SNAKE THRU THE TOILET TO FIX IT, BUT THAT DOES NOT WORK, WE ONLY HAVE 1 WORKING BATHROOM IN THE HOUSE, IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT, IF I HAVE TO USE THE BATHROOM, I HAVE TO WALK DOWNSTAIRS TO USE THE BATHROOM. MY SON TRIED TO FLUSH THE TOILET ONCE, IT OVERFLOW ALL OVER, THAT WAS A MESS TO CLEAN.
WE ALSO FOUND OUT NO ELECTRICIAL OUTLET IN THE DOWNSTAIRS BATHROOM WORK ALSO. THE DISHWASHER DOES NOT WORK, THE OUTSIDE PIPE THAT WE USE TO WATER THE GRASS, LEAKS ALL DAY LONG. WHAT I'M PAYING IN RENT IS OUTRAGEOUS WHEN NOTHING WORKS. I NEED HELP
