Mohave Integrity Deborah Sixta This lady and her employees are hideous to say the least. They rented a dump to my mental handicap niece and promised her they would have the place looking great within a matter of a few weeks. They charged her 950.00 a month for a place that looks like a meth house. After over a month goes by and she has no heat with her small children shs finally put her foot down and put in a letter to have the repairs fixed. After that they began to harass her by putting anonymous letters to their reality company about her dog who helps her with her mental health issues. Then they started telling people details about her rent situation and mental health status to try and discredit her. Reason being is they hire illegal aliens to work there and one was abusive to my niece and actually harassed her kids to where police were called out by surrounding neighbors due to one of them going to their bus stop drunk and trying to get them in their vehicle. This is absolutely obserd in every way. These people need to be shut down immediately if not sooner indefinitely and Mis. Deborah needs to have her license yanked from her. These people are hideous. They put my niece in a dump with the promise of fixing it ans did absolutely nothing after over a month of her being in it with no heat for her children. Not to mention they over charge her every month 960.00 rent for a place that has stains all over the carpet its flat out nasty and they took advantage of her mental health issues and went back on fixing the place after she was already in the place. Now they're harassing her non stop making fake annonimus letters to themselves complaining about issues that never happened flat out lying and abusing her. My niece has proof for I gave her a recorder to record them and text messages a mile long of this liar ans her employees harassing and lying to her. We are seeking legal help in a law suit because they hired illigal aliens to go fix clean her yard and they were abusive to her along with a drunk worker harassing her kids at the bus stop actually getting one in his car and giving him a ride home. These people are crazy and need to be shut down fast. People are in danger of the immigrants they hire and they will lie to protect them at all cost. Please be careful dealing with these neglectful hidouus people. Especially Deborah this lady is evil in her ways and does not care about you as a tenant or your safety .
