First he changes his name from Sandy Hutchens to a bogus name of Moishe Alexander so that he can rip off more victims now he blasts his phony "Moishe Alexander" name all over the web to get a higher spot on google so that nobody can read about his victims or his crimes. Another one of Moishe Alexander'ss scams.
