 We are moving our elderly/disabled mother from New York City where she has lived all her life to Georgia. We contacted Moishes for assistance with the move. A complete list of items to be moved was given to the representative from Moishes. A contract was sent with all of the items listed, a delivery window of 04/25/14-05/02/14. We were advised that 50% of payment would be due at pickup and the remainder of payment would be due upon delivery. The day has come for the items to be picked up and the representatives from Moishes arrived at my mothers house with an incomplete list of items and some things were not taking because the pickup rep did not have it on the list. They also advised my mother at pickup that her delivery window would be moved until the 8th. I contacted the compnay and the Supervisor Bosh was very rude and argumentative. He offered no solution at all as i explained that I live out of state and was not available at the time of pickup however some of the items in the contract were left and must now be shipped and our delivery window was changed. Being that my mother is disabled some of the items sent will be needed after the 05/02/14 and she cannot wait until the 8th. My mother moves into her new place on 05/01/14 and we are expecting her belongings to get there then. At this point we still have not received a response from the company however our credit card has been charged for the full amount before delivery.
