I ordered a ring on January 13, 2016. Payment was sent through Paypal and accepted by the Seller same day. I received an emailed receipt from Moissanite Jewelry Shop same day. The max shipping ( with issues ) is 15 business days. Today is March 18, 2016 and I have never received the ring, nor have I received a response to the multiple emails, voicemail messages and texts that I have sent to the company. No one ever answers the phone or calls you back. No one responds to emails or the texts ( of which they request that you text them on their website ). The Online chat that they offer does NOT work, never has and I'm sure it never will. This company has many negative reports around the internet. Do your homework! I finally received contact from the company on March 16, 2016 and all it was... a reciept showing that $ 12 was taken off of my purchase price. But the $12 was NOT returned to me. I instantly emailed them back and asked where the ring was and I have received no response. They have now changed my account status from "processing" to "completed".  This order is not completed as I have never received the ring that I purchased.

I have filed a claim with PayPal advising them that the company uses PayPal to accept payment for products that they do not deliver. Wish I had reviewed the internet complaints before ordering from them.
