I purchase some item from this company after the I did my order print a copy for my records. After I receive my order I see the the receive one product I never order the company decide to change my order with out my authorization to charge me more money. I contact the business and lady pick up the phone advise to her am try to contact she said the was close when the first time I call the recording said the was close I wait for 1 hour the recording said just wait for customer service representative I dial the number about 13 times and they pick up the phone as the lady I need to speak with supervisor she said nobody there I told her I need to speak with manager lady was so rude the I asker is that was the way to treat a person she said bay and hand up. I call for the second time and the lady was more rude she start insult me so i decide to insult her back she hand up. I wait for 1 hour and call back ask for manager he answer the phone his name is Sam Singh this gut I explain the situation he told me the he don't have time to change my order I explain I have proof because I print I ask him if he want a copy this owner he scream in my ear and start to insult me and he treat me like I was a garbage he told me he go by the email he send me I advise to him that is not the wait to treat me this guy I you are not satisfy with the order just return and hand up if are happy I have to pay the shipment in my own expenses for me this is not the way to treat a customer and more insult. Now I receive email from this company said to me: THIS IS WHAT WE RECEIVED FROM YOU.
TELL US WHERE WE ARE WRONG...? YOU CALLED AND USED BAD WORDS TO OUR LADY CUSTOMER SERVICE REP. IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED YOU CAN RETURN THE WHOLE ORDER AND WE WILL REFUND YOUR WHOLE MONEY.

I will like to know if this the kind of business the this guy run insulting his own customer and doing fraud to his customer because I work as customer representative and I treat a customer like this and doing fraud the only will happen is I will be fired.

Don't buy anything from this company bad customer service and fraud.
