Mokkiegifts ,D&S Giftware Ordered hot air balloon in june. I never received it nor have they responded to emails. I still do not have my gift and my credit card has not been credited as of yet. Nationwide

We are experiencing a very high correspondence currently we are sorry for the delayed response. This item has shipped and you should have received it quite some time ago. We will be contacting the USPS office in your area to try and locate the item. While we are in that process what steps can we take to correct the problem with you? Is there an alternative address that we can send a replacement to? We are very sorry for the inconveniences this has caused.
