To Whom It May Concern:
My name is Shannon R ( B) and I worked for TNT Management and Integreat Staffing ( Christina Norris) from 2006 until October of 2009.

During the 3 years of working for these companies I witnessed Christina Norris posting on RipOffReport.com and(((Redacted))) in regards to Molli Funk, Loris Rosas, and Chadwick Smith. She would personally and professionally attack all 3 of these individuals. These postings were extremely slanderous and untrue. I know that she often would change her name when making these pots and do it under a fictitious name. Christina Norris also contacts the clients and models of these individuals and slanders them in an effort to stop them from doing business.
Christina Norris was convinced that the 3 individuals named above were of mob mentality and were out to ruin her business though as far as I am aware she has never had ANY business dealings with Lori Rosas or Chadwick Smith and very limited with Molli Funk.

These are in no way the only 3 individuals that she harassed or attacked via the internet. They are just the only 3 that asked me whether or not I had any first hand knowledge and I do.

Christina Norris was working with Theresa Cantanese through Integreat Staffing using the names Julia Warren and Marilyn Mayes. They have been working together on various events the entire duration of my employment with Christina Norris.

One you sued and the other was threatened to be sued for non-payment issues. Anyone can figure her out by now. Great come back with proof.

To Mr. Bob Holliday, TNT Management and Tina Norris,

This CEASE AND DESIST ORDER is to inform you, TNT Management and Tina Norris that your intimidating/harassing actions
against me, Molli Funk, and my family, ,friends and associates have become intolerable. This letter is to demand that your lies, harassment and intimidation tactics CEASE AND DESIST immediately. Should you and your client TNT Management and Tina Norris continue to pursue these activities in violation of this CEASE AND DESIST ORDER, I will not hesitate to pursue further legal action against you, TNT Management and Tina Norris including, but not limited to, civil action and/or criminal complaints. Again, if you have a case then pursue it legally within the state for which I reside, California.

Note that a copy of this letter and the first CEASE AND DESIST ORDER letter of its delivery will be stored. Note too that it is admissible as evidence in a court of law and will be used
as such if need be in the future.

This CEASE AND DESIST ORDER demands that you, TNT Management and Tina Norris immediately discontinue and do not at any point in the future under any circumstances do any of the following to Molli Funk: speak to, contact, pursue, harass, attack, strike, bump into,
brush up against, push, tap, grab, hold, threaten, telephone (via cellular or
landline), instant message, page, fax, email, follow, stalk, shadow, disturb my peace, keep me under surveillance, gather and/or post information about me or my family/friends/associates electronically, block my movements at home, work, social and family gatherings, religious functions and/or any other reasonable day-to-day activities, past, present or future.(sorry I had to put that in elementary form).

Should you, TNT Management, and Tina Norris willfully choose to continue your current course of action, I will not hesitate to file a complaint with the police department in your
jurisdiction for your ongoing violations of the Criminal Laws in effect in Iowa, and I will take appropriate steps in the appropriate
civil court(s) too.
Mr..Holliday , you and your client TNT Management and Tina Norris has clearly violated the first CEASE AND DESIST LETTER. Since the first CEASE AND DESIST LETTER, you have sent me 1-email, 2-letters per mail and both you and Tina Norris contacted Family members,,and Tina Norris has emailed friends and associates to further harass, intimidate, and annoy me as well as them.


This letter does not constitute an exhaustive statement of my position nor is it a waiver of any of my rights and/or remedies in this and/or any other related matter. As indicated in the first cease/desist letter. Do not contact me unless it is within the jurisdiction of my state, and the attorney doing so is licensed to represent your client Tina Norris/TNT within the California state. ALMOST ALL OF THEM WERE JUST MODELS SHE FOUND ON ONEMODELPLACE.COM IN DIFFERENT MARKETS.
IF BUSINESS WAS SO GOOD, THEN WHY WAS YOUR WATER AND LIGHT BILLS CONTINUALLY BEING SHUT OFF? AND WHY COULDN'T SHE GET A GRIP ON THE RAT INFESTATION IN HER OFFICE?

The beginning of the year a former employee was no longer an employee. It did not end on good terms. OF COURSE IT DID NOT END ON GOOD TERMS. FRIENDS, CLIENTS AND OTHER PEOPLE YOU WORKED WITH WERE REPORTING HOW YOU WERE LYING AND SAYING HORRIBLE THINGS ABOUT LORI. YOU EVEN TOLD MOLLI AND CHADWICK HORRIBLE LIES ABOUT HER, AND TRIED TO GET CHADWICK TO HELP YOU BLACKMAIL HER. LORI CONFRONTED YOU ABOUT NOT PAYING THE MODELS. YOU TRIED TO JUSTIFY DOING SO, AND LORI REFUSED TO WORK WITH YOU ANYMORE. After a short time, I had to hire an attorney to write up a Cease and Desist letter and send to her. THE LETTER WAS A JOKE. LORI RESPONDED WITH A LETTER TO YOUR ATTORNEY LETTING HIM KNOW WHAT WAS REALLY GOING ON, AND THAT WAS THE END OF THE STORY. She was contacting my clients and writing bad things about me to my talent. (which she had stolen from our talent emailing list) YOUR CLIENTS? LORI CAN PROVE THAT THEY WERE HER CLIENTS TO BEGIN WITH BEFORE YOU EVER STARTED WORKING WITH ANY OF THEM. LORI DID NOT CONTACT ANY CLIENTS OR MODELS AND REPORT "BAD" THINGS. SHE DID SEND THEM AN EMAIL SAYING IF THEY NEEDED TO CONTACT HER TO REACH HER AT A NEW EMAIL ADDRESS (THERE IS DOCUMENTATION OF ALL OF THIS). EVEN WITH THAT SAID, THERE WERE ONLY A FEW MODELS THAT WERE EMAILED AT ALL. ONCE CHADWICK STARTED WORKING FOR YOU AND CALLING PEOPLE FOR YOU, THEN THEY STARTED CALLING LORI TO FIND OUT WHAT WAS GOING ON.

YES, LORI KEEPS EMAIL COPIES OF EVERYTHING.

It was all down hill from there. What does the old saying go "Hell hath no fury......"? TO SAY THE LEAST.

In 2006, we were hiring promotional models all over the United States for promotional in store events. For those that have no clue how or what that is, here is a brief synopsis:

A client hires me to find people to go into stores and promote their product to customers. This might be handing out samples or coupons. With promotional modeling, if the event is ran correctly - which includes the promotional model getting paperwork signed by the store manager and stamped with a store stamp (this ensures the model was actually there and working the event - it serves as a time card) - then that model will send the original paperwork to our office ASAP (within 10 days) so that we can invoice our client for the event weekend. As you can imagine, when there are over 200 people working one event in one day, it will take about 20 days to get paperwork (If I even get it) in to invoice.OBVIOUSLY YOU HAVE BITTEN OFF MORE THAN YOU CAN CHEW. YOU CAN'T KEEP UP WITH JUST 200 MODELS PAPERWORK IN ONE MONTH.., IT IS NO SURPRISE THAT THE PAPERWORK IS ALWAYS "LOST" OR DOESN'T REACH YOU. Obviously, I cannot (and will not) invoice a client without the proper paperwork.NOR LET THE MODEL KNOW THAT HER PAPERWORK WAS LOST. Most of my clients have extensive contracts that state they will NOT pay without the proper paperwork.
After my client receives the paperwork and invoice, it will generally take another 30 days to receive payment from that client (if they are a good client). We do not pay our models until our clients pay us first. (models have signed contracts that state this beforehand) NOT ONE SINGLE MODEL WHO DID OUT OF STATE PROMOTIONS EVER SIGNED ANY SORT OF CONTRACT WHEN LORI WAS THERE. THIS WAS AGAINST LORI'S ADVICE... BUT THERESA JUST DIDN'T CARE. EVEN MOST OF THE PRINT MODELS AND ACTORS WERE NEVER UNDER ANY KIND OF CONTRACT. So, as you can figure, these promotional models may get paid around 60+ days. (again, as stated in any contracts signed beforehand).
Before anyone gets all judgemental, please do your research on individual contractors - as this is what they are being hired as. Please, also, do your research on promotional models. EXCUSES, EXCUSES.

As a small SMALL business owner, I love what I do and working for peanuts. OR SO YOU TELL THE IRS....I have wonderful people that have worked for me for 6, 7, 8 years and I have gotten to know them personally and consider them friends. I have girls that have worked for me since they were 16 and now are in their 20's still working through college. They are appreciative of any type of work that I send their way, and of course, I am appreciative that they will work for me when I need them to.
I THINK I JUST THREW UP A LITTLE.

Unfortunately, there are always the minority that are trouble makers. They whine, complain and make waves no matter what you do for them. I heard Oprah say one time that statistics show that no matter what you do, 10% of the population will not like you. There is nothing you can do to change that. In my case, I have about 5 that have been stalking, Internet harassing and blogging about me daily. I guess that's not bad considering that I have about 5,000 promotional models across the US.
SO I GUESS YOU CAN BRING 5000 CONTRACTS SIGNED BY MODELS TO COURT THEN, HUH?
EVEN SOME OF THE LARGEST AGENCIES I HAVE EVER WORKED WITH DO NOT HAVE 5000 MODELS. THERE IS NO WAY IN THE WORLD THAT YOU CAN COME UP WITH 5000 NAMES AND PROOF THEY HAVE WORKED FOR YOU.

What is saddening, however, is that they stalk my websites daily. HOW CAN SOMEONE STALK A WEBSITE? They post on ripoffreport.com almost weekly. (or all kinds of other sites) They have noted my husband and children in their postings. So now, it has become personal. WE HAVEN'T EVER SEEN ANY OF THEM THAT SAY THE NAME OF YOUR HUSBAND OR KIDS. EVER.
NO ONE POSTS ANYTHING ON YOU WEEKLY. THERE WOULD BE HUNDREDS OF POSTINGS IF THEY DID. THERE ARE ONLY TRUTHFUL POSTINGS FROM PEOPLE THAT YOU STILL OWE MONEY TO!

According to them they are righteous to "warn" potential models that I/my business is a "scam".YEP. Why? Because they say it is. Not the thousands of promotional talent that I have hired over the years........just the few of them that have bonded together. LOL.
YES, LOL.

Over 12 years I owned the building and operated a business out of it.OH.. YOUR CONSIGNMENT STORE THAT YOU SHUT DOWN ALL OF A SUDDEN AND SOLD MOST OF THE CLOTHES ON EBAY FOR YOUR OWN PROFIT? TELLING THE PEOPLE WHO OWNED THE CLOTHES THAT THEY WOULD BE DONATED TO A CHARITY CALLED "THE ESTHER EXPERIENCE".. WHICH DOESN'T EXIST?
In 12 years, I have never had any problem with vandalism or theft WHO WOULD WANT TO BREAK IN TO THAT OFFICE? IT WAS INFESTED WITH RATS AND ROACHES... ALWAYS LOOKED LIKE IT WAS ABANDONED ANYWAY.
I think it is ironic that all of a sudden I have someone breaking into my mailbox, tearing up all my mail and throwing it all over my parking lot. THIS IS THE FIRST WE HAVE HEARD OF THAT! WHY WOULD ANYONE TEAR UP YOUR MAIL? Then, within 2 months, someone breaks into my office with a crowbar. And takes what? NOTHING? HMMMM..............It caused me to resort to cameras on the property. I wonder how many times it caught certain vehicles going by my property and in my parking lot? LOL
TO INSINUATE THAT ANYONE LOCAL HAD ANYTHING TO DO WITH YOUR ALLEGED "BREAK IN" IS PREPOSTEROUS. WE FIGURED IF SOMEONE WAS PISSED AT YOU, THEY WOULD HAVE DONE ALOT MORE DAMAGE THAN THAT.

Yes, I was taken to Small Claims court for "money owed to talent". But only one side of the story has been heard for three years. Theirs. ....OH YEAH... AND THE JUDGES STORY, TOO.
Yes, a local news reporter did a story on my business. I was informed by my attorney NOT to meet with her - and was also informed not to issue a statement. (which I did) So, only 1/2 of the story was told during the interview. THE REPORTER HAD TO PROPERLY INVESTIGATE EVERYTHING BEFORE ANYTHING WAS REPORTED. THEIR LAWYERS INSIST ON THIS BEFORE ANYTHING IS ACTUALLY AIRED. ITS YOUR FAULT THAT YOU DID NOT MEET WITH THEM TO TELL "YOUR SIDE" OF THE STORY.

I had worked with Molli Funk, owner of Molliwood Productions for many years either contracting work through her or using her to contract work for me. We had a good working relationship (or so I had thought).YOU WERE JUST ANOTHER CLIENT CONTACT TO MOLLI. NEVER A REAL FRIEND. I co-contracted many jobs through Pierce for instore events. I hired many promotional models for her since 2003. REALLY? SINCE 2003? WE DON'T THINK SO. They worked her jobs that she booked through Pierce - AXE, Vaseline Intensive Care, Gillette, etc.
Also, she hired staff to work many promotional jobs for me, as well. In this time, I considered her a friend. We talked constantly on the phone - almost daily. I knew all about her family, her life, etc. - as she did me. NOT AS MUCH AS YOU THINK YOU DID.

In 2005, Molli Funk was pregnant and was extremely sick (or so was said). I booked several events for her during this time frame and the events ran without problems. Several different events were worked throughout a few months time. Paperwork was mailed in and invoices were sent. None of which were paid. At that time, she was pregnant and moving to another home. I knew she had a lot on her plate and emailed her regarding the past due invoices. I knew that we had a lot of jobs on the horizon and just figured out it would wash out in the process. In the meantime, I paid all of the promotional models out of my pocket.NO, SHE DIDN'T. (all of which I have cashed checks to prove.. NO, SHE DOESN'T AND DIDN'T IN COURT, EITHER) (I also have all emails saved regarding these jobs - along with paperwork). INTERESTING WHY THESE WEREN'T PRESENTED IN COURT WHEN SHE HAD AMPLE TIME TO SHOW THEM?
THERESA BOOKED AN EVENT WHILE MOLLI WAS PREGNANT AND THE CLIENT WAS CALLED (BY HER MODELS)..AND BECAUSE SHE WOULD NOT RETURN PHONE CALLS/EMAILS BECAUSE SHE OWED SEVERAL STAFF. THE CLIENT NEVER USED HER AGENCY AGAIN DUE TO COMPLAINTS AND POOR BUSINESS SKILLS. I HOPE YOU STILL HAVE THESE "CHECKS". YOU MIGHT BE NEEDING THEM.

I hired her in 2006 for several jobs that she cobooked for instore events. If paperwork was turned in, a check was written. Several thousand dollars were paid to her agency for jobs worked. In late 2006, she personally worked a print campaign for a local hotel and casino. She was paid right after the new year. MOLLI WAS NOT PAID FOR THE PRINT AD AT ALL! YOU SHOULD POST THE CHECK OR SHOULD WE? IT WAS A CHECK FOR JOBS FOR USMP WHICH BOUNCED SEVERAL TIMES,,,IF MOLLI WAS PAID THEN WHY DID SHE TAKE YOU TO COURT? THERESA WOULD OF HAD PROOF OF PAYMENT. In that time, several other jobs had been paid out, as well. We had over 400 promotional talent that checks were going to be written to for over 6 different jobs. Because I am a small business owner, I do everything by hand - invoicing, check writing, paperwork, etc. BAD CHOICE. So, in order to keep every job straight and hours worked, an individual file was established for each individual job. A mass email was sent out to every model worked that they had received a check and checks were being written out according to job. So, some models received 6 different checks. (again, I have the original emails sent out) (that email was also sent to Molli) We worked for many weeks not only mailing out checks, but booking additional jobs, verifying W9 paperwork, verifying hours, etc. Because Molli worked her print campaign, I put her to the side unintentionally. In this time frame, I had a close family friend that committed suicide. We were gone for about 3 days. In those three days, Molli was contacting my clients and slandering my name and company. THE MODELS WERE CONTACTING THE CLIENT.. NOT MOLLI. I was appalled, as this person was supposed to be a friend. At that time, two checks had already been sent out to her for jobs worked. OH...THE BOUNCED CHECKS?
We left for a family vacation and in that short time, in my return home, I had clients calling me asking who this individual was and why was she calling them. I was broken hearted (SO SAD) to find out that a friend had called three different clients AGAIN complaining about me - telling them that I do not pay my talent, etc.
Again, this is the same individual that still owed me money for many jobs booked. How is that for a pot calling the kettle black?
By this time, she had hooked up big time with my former employee. How convenient for the both of them. LORI AND MOLLI DID NOT EVEN SPEAK ON THE PHONE OR EMAIL UNTIL A WHILE AFTER ALL OF THIS WAS HAPPENING. ACTUALLY, CHADWICK CALLED LORI FIRST BEFORE SHE EVER SPOKE TO MOLLI TO ASK HER FOR HER FORGIVENESS FOR TEAMING UP WITH THERESA AND HELPING HER DO SUCH DECEITFUL AND HORRIBLE THINGS TO HER. WE CAN'T REMEMBER IF THIS WAS BEFORE OR AFTER DONNA AND OTHERS CALLED LORI ABOUT THE SAME THINGS.

A few weeks later, I received a summons for Small Claims for two different individuals that supposedly done work for me. (BOTH, of course, were friends of hers) NATASHA SMITH, THE FIRST PERSON WHO SUED YOU WAS NOT FRIENDS WITH EITHER LORI OR MOLLI. SHE WAS AN OUT OF TOWN ACTRESS HIRED FOR A PHARMACEUTICAL JOB. THE SECOND PERSON, ANNIE HAD DONE WORK FOR MOLLI BEFORE, YES... BUT THAT'S ALL. AMANDA WAS JUST SOMEONE LORI HAD GOTTEN THE NAME OF FROM A HAIR SHOW IN PADUCAH. One had inquired about payment for a foot model job that she had done. I emailed my client asking the status of payment and forwarded her the answer from the client. The client was polite in saying that he was sorry for the delay and that he would check with his accounts payable department and get it sent right out. (again, still have the email) THE ONE THAT DIDN'T HELP YOUR CASE IN COURT? I called the Small Claims Court and acknowledged that she was owed the money and explained to them that the client was paying soon. The individual I spoke with said that in the state of Indiana, if you call in and acknowledge that you owe and will pay, you will not have to show up to court on the day assigned. ..IN THIS CASE, EVERYONE WOULD CALL, AND NO ONE WOULD SHOW UP IN COURT! Needless to say, she was paid before the court day by the client. NOT ACCORDING TO THE COURT DOCUMENTS. ANNIE WAS NOT PAID BEFORE THE COURT DATE, OR ON THE DATE OF THE COURT HEARING. ANNIE CALLED/EMAILED THERESA SEVERAL TIMES WITHOUT A RESPONSE OR REASON. IT WAS ONLY AFTER IT ALL THAT THERESA FINALLY PAID.

The second girl I (THIRD... I GUESS YOU ARE NOT COUNTING NATASHA AS THE FIRST?)supposedly DID worked an AXE event in 2005. She did not show up to the store - SHE DID as the store was called by the client to confirm.THIS HAPPENS ALL THE TIME WHEN THE CLIENT CALLS AND THE WEEKEND ASSISTANT MANAGER DOES NOT KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON AND DOESN'T HAVE TIME TO TRACK DOWN A MODEL. Emails were sent to her to explain and none were returned. I had not heard from the girl since before the event and now she conveniently states that I owe her money? WEIRD... YOU DIDN'T GET ALL OF HER EMAILS AND VOICEMAILS???Where is the paperwork to prove otherwise? ON FILE WITH THE COURT. I never have received them. Upon notification from the courts, I called her three times (all are documented). I also emailed her asking her about this (again, still have the email). Finally, when I reached her regarding the money I supposedly owed to her and asked her where her paperwork was, her reply was "Molli has them". OK, so why don't I have these papers? So I told her that I would be happy to pay her, but she needs to get me the paperwork. (I, by the way, have NEVER been paid for this event) To this day, I do not have any paperwork. In the meantime, I figured since she has already been contacted by Molli, then she is already in ca-hoots with her. COME ON....It's only a few hundred dollars, so I will just pay it. Again, I called the courts and acknowledged that I owe her and paid her. ONLY WHEN YOU WERE FORCED TO PAY WITH THE THREAT OF BEING IN CONTEMPT AND BEING ARRESTED.
So, with that said, the reports that individuals have sued me and "won".....are 1/2 truth to say the least..... NOT.
AMANDA WORKED ALL DAYS AND TURNED IN ALL PAPERWORK SHE PRESENTED THE CANCELED CHECK WRITTEN TO CTA (THERESA) FOR PAYMENT FOR ALL DAYS AND PROVIDED A WRITTEN STATEMENT FROM THE CLIENT THAT VERIFIED SHE WORKED THE JOB, ALTHOUGH SHE WAS NEVER PAID, YOU WERE PAID FOR HER WORK....GUESS THAT WAS UNINTENTIONALLY PUT ASIDE.

As far as Molli Funk from Molliwood Productions, yes, she did file a small claims and yes, she did win. My advice to anyone out there, never go to court without an attorney. MOLLI DID NOT HIRE A REGULAR ATTORNEY. (of course, my attorney said that no one ever goes to small claims with an attorney - LOL) THEN WHY ARE THERE AT LEAST 3 ATTORNEYS AT EVERY SINGLE SMALL CLAIMS HEARING THAT WE HAVE EVER GONE TO WITH YOU? I went without one and her attorney threw out everything in court. ATTORNEYS CAN NOT "THROW THINGS OUT" THIS DOESN'T EVEN MAKE SENSE. MOLLI HAD A COLLECTION ATTORNEY AT THE VERY END... ONLY BECAUSE YOU CONSISTENTLY WOULD NOT PAY HER. Afterwards, my attorney advised me that I could file an appeal through the state - which would cost a lot of money and a lot of drive time to Indianapolis. Again, it was just a few thousand dollars and not worth my time and headache so I paid and am over it. YOU DID FILE AN APPEAL..... IT WAS A JOKE AND INCONSISTENT AND FULL OF LIES AND NO PROOF AT ALL, SO THE JUDGE THREW IT OUT. MAYBE YOU SHOULD GO GET A TRANSCRIPT OF YOUR OWN COURT CASE SO YOU CAN KEEP THE STORY STRAIGHT.

I have been slandered, libeled and stalked by these people. THESE ARE PRETTY STIFF ACCUSATIONS THAT I REALLY HOPE FOR YOUR SAKE THAT YOU CAN PROVE. There are several that are involved (and I have IP#s that prove all of it - along with emails sent out to individuals and other people that they have contacted) I HOPE YOU CAN PRODUCE THESE AS WELL! YOU WILL NEED TO! they are as follows: Lori Rosas-Russo - who, by the way, has started her own "agency" AGENCY... NO, LORI DOES NOT CONSIDER YOU COMPETITION AT ALL, THANK YOU. - therefore is in direct competition with me. (imagine that) Chadwick Ganz - who claims in his statements on Internet websites that he is a former employee of mine. The man has NEVER been employed by the C. Taylor Agency. CHADWICK TOOK OVER LORI'S POSITION AS SOON AS SHE LEFT. HE WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO HELP YOU AND ONLY EXPERIENCED THE EXACT SAME THINGS LORI EXPERIENCED. AS SOON AS HE LEFT YOU, YOU BEGAN ATTACKING HIM IN THE SAME HORRIBLE WAY. He worked as an independent contractor hired as a model for a few jobs - all of which was paid entirely. YES.. IN ADDITION TO WORKING FOR YOU IN THE OFFICE. In fact, there has only been one male that has ever worked as an employee of mine and he is still a model and actor working in LA. He is as big of a fan of mine as I am of his. OH REALLY? Chadwick, by the way, has a history of moving every three months or so - sometime in the same city, mostly out of the city and state. YOU REALLY BELIEVE THIS? I wonder why that is? Lupe Alsidez - who is a convicted felon with a rap sheet including drugs, dealing drugs and prostitution.YOU HAD NO PROBLEM HIRING HIM... AND TO THIS DAY NOT PAYING HIM... AND DIDN'T HESITATE IN DOING THE "CHRISTIAN" THING OF POSTING HIS RAP SHEET AS SOON AS HE BEGAN PURSUING PAYMENT FROM YOU.....WHICH HE STILL HAS NOT BEEN PAID FOR. OF COURSE, THROW THE FIRST STONE, THERESA. CHECK DECEPTION AND STEALING FROM PEOPLE ISN'T NEARLY AS BAD, RIGHT? BESIDES, YOU FULLY SUPPORT OTHER FORMER PROSTITUTES ON YOUR MYSPACE PAGE..... KINDA HYPOCRITICAL, ISN'T IT THAT YOU CONDEMN LUPE FOR THE SAME THING.

My life has been total turmoil for two years now. I'm afraid to answer the door when there is a stranger outside. BECAUSE THEY ARE ALL TRYING TO LOCATE YOU TO GET THEIR MONEY.I don't answer the phone when I don't recognize the number, YOU MUST NOT RECOGNIZE ALOT OF NUMBERS...I have video cameras around my business and home WE WILL BRING THE POPCORN, AND YOU BRING THE FOOTAGE!!!..I WOULD LIKE TO SEE THE INVOICES FOR HAVING THESE INSTALLED, TOO....and I'm terrified for my 15 yr old to go anywhere without her father and me. WHO IN THE HECK DO YOU THINK WOULD HURT YOUR LITTLE GIRL? WHATEVER. I don't know when or who is going to be following me at any time. I'm suspicious of new talent emailing me or calling me. I have had to hire a private investigator. GREAT THEN, WE WOULD LOVE TO HEAR ALL OF THE WONDERFUL THINGS HE CAME UP WITH.

I have had several jobs that I have hired promotional model or print models for that have not paid my agency. I am still owed money that total in the tens of thousands by the Sunflower Group, and Donna Groff Agency - and others. SUNFLOWER AND DONNA WERE VERY INTERESTED IN KNOWING MORE ABOUT THIS. KINDA ODD THAT THERESA IS ALSO OWED BY 2-OTHER COMPANIES IN THE TENS OF THOUSANDS BUT HAS YET TO TAKE THEM TO COURT? I'M SURE SHE HAS ALL THE PROOF OF THAT, RIGHT?IRONIC... NO-ONE HAS MADE SUCH CLAIMS AGAINST THEM AND BOTH COMPANIES HAVE GREAT REPUTATIONS. POOR THERESA SHE JUST HAS THE WORST OF LUCK WITH PAYMENT BUT YET NEVER TAKES ANY OF THOSE MENTIONED TO COURT OR EVEN HAS THE GUTS TO MENTION HER ATTORNEYS NAME. All of which - my models/talent were paid out of my pocket. The funny thing is, both Molli and Lori have witnessed it firsthand and still claim that my agency is a "scam". YES, WE HAVE WITNESSED IT ALL FIRST HAND.... YOU NOT PAYING TALENT. WE HAVE NEVER KNOWN YOU TO THIS DAY TO PAY ANYONE OUT OF YOUR OWN POCKET. They KNOW that my talent were paid for jobs that my agency was NEVER paid for by the client. WOULD YOU LIKE TO CALL AND TELL THE PRODUCTION COMPANY WHO HIRED NATASHA AND TERI S. THAT YOU WERE NEVER PAID BY THEM?

I'm tired of it.GOOD. MAYBE YOU WILL DECIDE TO BE HONEST SOMEDAY. I have had a business for over 15 years. I have won numerous awards nationally and locally for the business that I have ran. WHAT BUSINESS? YOU DIDN'T EVEN HAVE A COMPUTER, FILE, OFFICE OR ANYTHING UNTIL LORI CAME ALONG TO BUILD IT FOR YOU. AND WHAT ARE THESE AWARDS? HOW COME NO ONE HAS EVER HEARD OF THEM BEFORE?
It's a shame that individuals cannot get on with their lives.ITS A SHAME THAT PEOPLE LIE AND STEAL. It's a shame that I have become their primary focus in life.DREAM ON. My suggestion would be to go donate time to local charities. AND YOU THINK WE DON'T ALREADY DO THIS? I might also add to all of this, that several of Molli's ex-talent have contacted me in the past few months.WHY WOULD THEY CONTACT YOU IF THEY HAVEN'T EVEN CONTACTED MOLLI FIRST? YOU BETTER HAVE THESE GIRLS PUT SOMETHING IN WRITING, THERESA.... OR YOU MIGHT GET TO MEET THE JUDGE AGAIN. Seems that a Molliwood Productions owes several people lots and lots of $$. In the thousands. Again, isn't that a pot calling the kettle black?
You know, I was going over my invoices, payments in 2005 and the earliest that Molliwood Productions ever paid me or my agency for worked done was 90 days (if paid at all). I nor my agency, was ever paid on time. (again, I have the paperwork and pay stubs to prove it) FUNNY HOW THESE NEVER SHOWED UP IN COURT THEN?

My advice to Molli - if you are going to throw stones, make sure you don't live in a glass house. MOLLI DOESN'T LIVE IN A GLASS HOUSE. SHE LIVES IN ONE 5 TIMES LARGER THAN YOURS. MAKES YOU MAD, DOESN'T IT?

FOLLOW UP NOTES:
Amanda McClure went back to court for the 3rd time because Theresa did not pay her from 2005, and Theresa has not shown up to ANY court hearings. SO.. the judge ordered her to pay the money in full within 2 weeks, or there will be a warrant out for Theresa's arrest. Amanda proved her case! Paper work and all.

Molli Funk's attorney went back to court with Theresa because she had lied about her income and had to be served legal garnishment papers on the set of a photoshoot recently (in front of the client and models, I might add!) Another client was notified about garnishments on her accounts at the same time through Molli's collection attorney. She was asked about this client and job in court, and she claimed that she had "tried" to get the casting job, but didn't actually get it. The client was contacted and said that she DID get the job actually... so they were served papers as well.

Please know that Molli Funk represented herself in the hearing and trial,and WON! There was no attorney present, or needed since enough evidence/proof was proven. The only time a attorney was used was for the collection process for the garnishments/collections since Theresa Catanese was lying about her income. Theresa told the court that her business had been very slow, and she did not have an bookings at all. When Theresa was asked about the recent postings on her myspace about about her claims to be booking jobs, she responded and said "I just made up those postings. It was just to get back at Lori and Molli. I haven't been booking any jobs at all and do not have any more jobs coming up". Theresa counterclaimed but failed to mention that in her complaint above because if she had all the emails as she has mentioned why did that not help her case?Theresa Catanese was proven a liar, and she LOST the counterclaim. The courts were showed cancelled checks that Theresa Catanese claimed she was not paid for (For the client she had mentioned.)
In fact, ALL the GILLETTE GIRLS worked for MOllIWOOD PRODUCTIONS agency directly and were paid within a week of that promotion by MOLLIWOOD, however Theresa tried to say she booked the talent, it was not her client(Which was proven with the contract) and all the girls verified they worked for Molliwood Productions agency and most of the models never even knew Theresa Catanese, and the others would have never taken the job since they were written bad checks and not paid from previous jobs. GET THE FACTS!.
Theresa Catanese also lied in her statement above, she did do a appeal,and it lasted about 20-seconds, it was joke, so the only thing thrown out was HER appeal. That is another lie and documented to prove her a liar in this statement! MOST of the models who Theresa owes money to are out of state. This is how she seems to do most of her business because now most of the local clients are aware of her methods. This makes it very difficult for anyone to sue her if they live so far away! ....ALL part of the plan, seemingly.

Just recently 2-models from Florida(April 2009) have not been able to reach Mrs.Theresa Catanese after several phone calls/emails, much like the others that were force to sue....She forgot about Natasha Smith, that is a very interesting story as well.

If you 'GOOGLE' the words Theresa Catanese or The C. Taylor Agency along with the word SCAM.... its gets very interesting how many other models are out there.Sorry but we are not the blame for the downfall of your failing business, You are, Theresa Catanese, get over it! YOU WERE PROVEN A LIAR IN THE COURT OF LAW,,,,not once or twice but several times.

If you spent more time on answering your talent's emails/calls about payment maybe you could get some issue resolved, again I'm sure you are hoping they will go away...As far as the check you sent to Molli Funk,,,,THAT BOUNCED, not once or twice but several times.Should that be posted?

Anyone can go to the Vanderburgh County Courts in Evansville, Indiana and look up these words to find out the truth for yourself. It is all documented The one where Theresa was charged for criminal check deception is very interesting as well.However she wants to talk about Lupe Alsidez record from 1974??

Finally, Theresa Catanese mentions her attorney several times but he/she was never at any of the collection hearings or was he/she able to keep us from collecting from her business account and from serving her client with garnishments(which the client sent the money to my attorney Jeff Wilhite, as well as the bank that we garnished funds from).The funds that were garnished/collected were still not enough to cover what she owed Molli Funk, so she was taken back to court where she had to pay Molli Funks attorney in full by 5pm the next day or they were going to issue a warrant out for her arrest...You forgot to mention that Theresa!

When Theresa was told at the last court hearing that the Judge wanted her to stay a few minutes longer so they could speak with her about everything, Theresa immediately bailed the courtroom and said "I don't have time for this crap".... she didn't realize that Molli's collection attorney was in the hallway, and intercepted her. He told her that by leaving the courtroom now that she was in contempt of court, and she would be arrested if she did not pay Molli the amount in full by the end of the next business day. She obviously did not want to stick around for the Judge to question her, so she left anyway. I wonder why she did not want to speak to the Judge and offer more proof on her end?

Isn't it ironic how the Donna Groff Agency and the Sunflower group owe her too? They have great reputations and no complaints but they owe her as well.If Theresa Catanese of the C Taylor Agency is owed so much what is stopping her from collecting from them??? I'm sure the money should be no issue for a attorney since she claims to be booking tons of jobs, lol.But according to her in the collection trial her business was not doing that great at all.

Theresa Catanese did not even know what she made or turned into the IRS for the previous year when questioned by attorney Jeff Wilhite.

You cannot sue someone unless you can show 3-demand letters and or calls prior to show your attempt to collect, guess Theresa did not know that?? She should really educate herself on the plaintiffs side.

HERE IS THE FIRST GIRL WHO SUED THERESA'S PERSONAL STORY

In November 2005 I was hired to do a video shoot for (a major pharmaceutical company) by Lori Rosas of the C. Taylor Agency. After 90 days of not receiving payment I contacted Mrs. Rosas and was informed that she had since disassociated herself with the C. Taylor Agency. She had recently found out that the owner, Theresa Cantanese was cashing the checks for all modeling/actor jobs and not paying the talent for their work as agreed per contract.

I contacted Mrs. Cantanese myself and was given lies after lies from Feb. 2006-May 2006 via email and phone. She frequently told me that the check was 'in the mail' or that the client had not paid yet and she would have to invoice them again. With the help of Mrs. Rosas who was also a victim of Mrs. Cantanese, I tracked down the receipts of the cashed checks that had been deposited back in January! She was lying for 5 months!

I proceeded to file against her in small claims court for everything I was owed, plus interest, mileage, etc. Of course Mrs. Cantanese did not show at the court date in July 2006. However, the judge awarded me the claim since she failed to appear and I had to now re-file for payment. I filed again and was set to go to court again in August when Mrs. Cantanese received her second summons and would be in contempt of court if she failed to show a second time and would have a warrant issued for her arrest.

So I suppose she decided it was in her best interest to pay the judgment against her and I received payment for my court judgment the same week I filed against her again. I considered the matter at rest until I have recently found out that she continues to do unethical business practices and withhold wages to talent. She is telling the same lies and cashing money from clients that is to be paid to the talent.

She owes thousands of dollars in unpaid wages to talent all over the country. Do not get involved with this agency because you will never receive payment unless you take legal action against her. She frequently threatens people who speak out against her with slander lawsuits, however we have yet to see her take anyone to court because she knows she will have to answer why she has not paid her talent.

I also spoke with Robert Vega of the U.S Dept. of Wages and Labor and he told me not to worry about such idle threats. Slander is considered FALSE words spoken to damage someone's good name. You can consider these charges to be true because I have documented proof from a court of law that Mrs. Cantanese does not pay for workdone for the C. Taylor Agency!

I also have emails from Mrs. Cantanese herself trying to lie to me about my wages when I had a cashed check receipt in hand proving otherwise. I thought that my lawsuit would teach her a lesson but I guess not because I am starting to hear about people all over the country who are victims of Mrs. Cantanese and her agency.

The only action I would recommend is to take the agency to court for your unpaid wages and try to warn others about doing business with this agency. This agency needs to be put out of business for good!

Lori & Natasha,

I have located the invoice from C. Taylor Agency for this job. I received it on December 29, 2005 (more than a month after the shoot). I paid/shipped it on January 20, 2006 (I included the gas reimbursement, $34.50, even though I had already turned in expenses for this job. Was that for Natasha? There was no receipt). I have a reconciled check from my January bank statement showing the check cleared my bank on January 23, 2006. My statement includes photocopies of cleared checks, so the proof it obvious.

While there is no mention of Natasha's name on the agency's invoice, I have signed talent releases that verify the dates of the shoot which corresponds to the invoice and job. It won't take a rocket scientist to figure this one out.

I'm not comfortable in photocopying these documents at this time, as it will reveal my business bank information, ie account number, routing etc. However, you need to know they do exist.

Natasha, I'm sorry that you have not yet been paid. I don't know what Theresa has been telling you, but rest assured, if we have the opportunity to work together again in the future, we will arrange to pay you direct. I'm sure this has been misconstrued to be a black-eye on our company, when in fact we took care of our financial responsibilities in a timely manner. This is the first talent agency that we have worked with that has not paid the talent it represents, to my knowledge. It will be the last time we work with Theresa.

This is way over due and I was totally outraged about the bogus complaint about Molli & her company. Not only is Mollis company one in a million to work for but Molli is wonderful and totally professional at all times. More than I can so for some of the rest. I have personally worked for Molli & with Molli on jobs. I have also referred tons of people to her and they are still with her, now that is saying alot in this industry. You dont keep talent if you dont pay, RIGHT? Bottom line this complaint was done out of retailiaton and jealousy! Thats obvious!

Molli, You are awesome! This is your one & only complaint and you have handled it with the class you are and with enough positive feedback with actual names of staff. Im sure the person who wrote this thought more would come forward but they did not! Because you are a honest business person and you do the right thing with your staff.

Dear Ms. F,

I am sure you will recall that I am the attorney for TNT Management in Des Moines, Iowa. I am also sure you will recall that you and I have not only exchanged emails, but also have spoken on the telephone regarding your continual disagreement with the C Taylor Agency of Evansville, Indiana, and what your disagreement with that Agency has done to our client, TNT.

As previously explained to you, TNT is not the CTaylor Agency. TNT, like you, has done work with that Agency. Other than hiring C Taylor to perform services,, my client has no business connection with the C Taylor Agency, nor does my client tell that Agency how to perform work, or how to act and/or react with its models or other agencies. TNT had absolutely nothing to do with your disagreement with C Taylor.

Your ongoing problem with C Taylor has culminated in considerable damage to my client. Your actions as well as those who have joined forces with you amount to libel in its most elementary form. Before this goes any further, I would respectfully suggest that you put a stop to all emails and other forms of communications which bring my client into that scenario or any other scenario involving your Agency and C Taylor. This would include, but not be limited to, any and all emails which have been sent by others. My advice to you is that you can start with a man by the name of Chadwich. However, so there is no misunderstanding on your part here, you would be well advised not to end your attempts to rectify this situation with only Chadwich. Rather, your best actions will include anyone else that is now, or has been, part of emails which include writings about our client. You are further advised that you should take this action immediately.

I would like to take a moment to write a response in defense of Chadwick. After reading the ripoffreport.com reports, I decided to do a bit of simple research on my own about The C. Taylor Agency & Theresa Catanese.

First, Ms. Catanese questions Chadwick's credibility. Let's take a look at the definition of credibility. Per the Meriam-Webster Dictionary, credibility is defined as the quality or power of inspiring belief. With that definition, I have read that Chadwick's comments seem to coincide with the other responses listed on Ripoffreport.com. The ability for Ms. Catanese to inspire belief does not seem to be there. For this one response, Ms. Catanese does not have any factual proof that Chadwick has committed any of these accusations.

Let's refer to the factual proof we have for her. Ms. Catanese has been sued for non-payment to those who have contracted themselves to her. After a recent news story by Stefanie Silvey at WFIE 14 in Evansville, A judge ordered the money owed to one model garnished from Theresa Catanese's assets after Catanese failed to appear in court a second time with this particular model.Four models have sued Catanese. In every case, the judge has ruled in favor of the models.

Clearly, for one person to have the ability to not show up for a legal court preceding can not be argued nor denied. The most interesting part is that Ms. Catanese received the money from the client companies and failed to pay her employees which took her to court and she lost.

Secondly, factual truth. Ms. Catanese can be found on yahoo, msn and google search engines, her name does come up as a top search. It is interesting, however, that the searches only pull up the negative conflicts that have arisen for Ms. Catanese. On another search engine, VoyForums.com, you can find many complaints and postings about Ms. Catanese by simply doing a search on Theresa Catanese.

Thirdly, claims against Chadwick. Ms. Catanese has made claims that Chadwick is a drug user, takes advantage of friends that included a fast departure from St. Louis. I am amazed that a person would stoop to such levels and attack someone on the personal level when all the postings on Ripoffreports.com are business related. Her business and management of her employees has come under some serious scrutiny with just cause and Chadwick's claims seem to be fairly consistent with everyone else's claims. It is unfortunate that she can not separate the two issues of business and personal. I think she might just be out of business topics that now she has to try and hit someone below the belt.

I know Chadwick and have worked with him for many years now. He seems to be a very decent and caring man. I have meet several of his friends and have noticed that in his large circle, he is appreciated and loved by all of them here in St. Louis. I questioned him recently before writing this response if he had ever moved to Austin. He had contemplated moving to Austin but finds that St. Louis is his home. I would consider Chadwick to be a good friend and someone I can depend on.

In conclusion, I hope to have pointed out the obvious about Ms. Catanese. I believe that she is someone who can not promote a proper business or person. I do think that she has come under fire for just cause. Since I have access to a larger media outlet, I'm sure that bringing attention to the small miss-managed agency called C. Taylor would send her running in which she would have not refuge in Indiana or any state.

Not everyone is going to agree with Molli but to lie or make up false claims is really showing how hard up you are for revenge, not to mention who you are NINA ROTTI. Miss Nina Rotti: The next time you think about posting on some business of 18yrs that suddenly gets a nonvalidated complaint. Do some research! Maybe google California state laws for operating a business.

FACT # 1: You cannot open a checking acct in California without going through some major legal measures with the state treasure, especially in California. You generally file in the courts which you live, not make up a lie and say she lives in SanFrancisco of course you wont find the fictitious filing(there are several cities on the outskirt). You must of gotten that off her myspace MISS NINA. Since you said you had to get a local attorney you would of filed in the state which the business is in. So caught you in lie on that one! AGAIN! If that had been true you would have known her address, and posted it on the ripoffreport. Easy to come by IF YOU SUED HER!. She is on the website MYSPACE! The move I believe was from Cincinnati Ohio to Illinois for her husbands relocation. After the move from Illinois Molli now lives in SanFrancisco once again to a company relocation to one of the most beautiful cities to live in. I think that could easily be verified by her husband relocation company. Like to know the names of those other models there NINA.

Fact#2: You cannot apply for a tax ID number without filing a fictitious business name first to open a checking account. The fictitious name has to be posted in the city for which the business account is in for many weeks with the local papers. A copy is then sent to the state treasure to verify this LEGITIMATE Business. ANOTHER LIBELOUS REMARK. GOD FORBID IF YOU ARE TRACKED.(FROM THE OTHER REPORTS I SHOULD SAY THEY KNOW YOU, NINA) Which I would do in a minute to make you out the fool you already are NINA ROTTI WHO? I gather you are not a very bright person NINA ROTTI.Look where you spend on your time. You might want to see the consequences for libelous remarks there NINA ROTTI WHO? A real bright person with a solid claim would post all the documented proof and information unless you can get it on the local news station, such is the case in Molli's run in with a business owner Theresa Catanese of the C Taylor Agency in Evansville Indiana.

Fact#3: Molliwood sends out several thousand IC Forms every year with a tax ID number included on the 1099 form, this is the law. I'm sure she would not want to be taxed on ALL that money!( But since you seem to be so disorganzed yourself from your posting-writing bad checks ) After all her clients have to send her business a 1099 as well., The talent I believe has to have a 1099 form if they make over 600+. I'm sure if you want her accountants email OR number of many years to verify this LEGITIMATE business you would not have a problem doing so if you are one of her models. That is the first thing a person should do to verify a legitimate agency. MOLLIWOOD PRODUCTIONS offers references of talent that has been with her for many years and her accountants information to all new talent or anyone who asks . ANOTHER ONE OF YOUR LIES!

Fact#4: Molliwood is very LEGITMATE! She could not work with some major brands & marketing companies without having business insurance and a tax ID number. i KNOW THIS, HER BUSINESS IS ROCKIN!

Fact#5: Companies write checks to the businesses they use. Not individuals unless you are a direct employee of the promotional company. You cannot cash a business check. It is the Law in all states that it has to be deposited into a tax Id used business checking account. THIS MY LOVELY NINA(jane doe) WHO KNOWS NOTHING ABOUT RUNNING A BUSINESS OF HER OWN IS STANDARD.

Fact#6: If you hired a local attorney,then why did you not GET REPAID? Did you not have proper documentation or maybe you never WAS a model of hers? Just wondering about that NINA! Like everyone else that read your pretend to be model of Molliwood. You exist but not as a model owed money, but someone who more than likely owed her! Just too much of coincidence there NINA. Sounds as if the person writing the complaint was talking about themselves and their disorganized life. DISORGANIZED: You had NSF in your checking account Nina?? Right there tells you how dishonest YOU ARE NINA! AND TALK ABOUT WHO IS DISORGANIZED.You should not be writing checks on funds you do not have in your account. Now that is dishonest? Very disorganized if you cannot keep track of your funds in your own bank. That's too funny and really dumb to blame someone else because your ability to calculate your own checking account is like that of a 5 yr old. Maybe you should do money orders to help you out. Or don't hire a attorney you cannot afford. No wait, there was no attorney because there was no model THAT SUED!.

An insight into your life


This past week, an old friend passed away. I hadn't seen him in about three years. We would "touch base" every now and then when we ran into each other and exchange niceities - as expected. The fact is - this guy was a huge part of my young adulthood. He was my closest friend when I did not know anyone in this new area. He was my rock when I was falling apart. (or so I thought) He passed away unexpectantly. He passed away - by himself - alone. His family found him a few days after he had passed away. That breaks my heart.

It leaves me to wonder about my life and the reflection my life has had on the world. What have I done? What impact have I made on the earth? And the greatest question - what will happen when I die?

I've been a good person. I volunteer ALL the time. There's the Potter's Wheel Ministry, food drives, clothing drives, my church, Easter Seals, Muscular Dystrophy, etc. I am volunteering at least 6 hrs a week somewhere. I'm good - right? I try to do good whenever I can.

Break in at office
Current mood: annoyed


So I go to my office this morning - only to find the door had been damaged from a crow bar (or something) and the lock was broken off and the door handle damaged.

A television with DVD player was the only thing taken. The police were called and of course they took my statement. A crime scene investigator was also called on the scene.

"It's strange that the only thing taken was the tv/dvd player." Was the investigator's response. Yeah - I thought so myself.

My desk drawers, personal belongings, paperwork, files, etc - nothing taken.

His thought was that either (1)someone broke in and only had time to take the TV or (2)someone broke in to be nosey, to cause problems, to find something.

Funny how I have owned that building for 10 years and NEVER had a problem until the past few months when SOMEONE went through my mail in the parking lot.

I asked the first police officer if he had any problems in the area lately with break ins and he had said NO. HMMMMM.

Here is my take on it..........there are just a handful of individuals out there that have done just about everything to ruin my agency's name, my name, my reputation. I'm still going strong. Actually, I'm getting bigger every day. Every day I have new business and every day I'm getting new talent. (great talent, at that)

You can post slanderous stuff on the internet, you can post slanderous, libelous stuff in emails, you can even slander me to people.........but you are not going to break my spirit. Oh, and by the way, I do want to thank them for drawing "hits" on my website. Every time something is brought up on the internet, my website ratings go crazy. AND, I have new clients and talent calling me. So, again, thank you.

With that said, we will be installing cameras and other things at the office. So, next time you "pop in" at my office - "Smile! You're on Candid Camera!"

BUT!!! a woman, claiming the "Christian" lifestyle,beliefs,practices.......SIMPLY AND PLAINLY IS NOT TRUE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! im sure many of you have visited the c taylor agency myspace page. the reference to "GOD" "christianity" and a false humility is boasted on her page numerous times. she consistantly states shes a "non judgemental" person with extreme humility towards "Gods children" (we all allready know this is the most false demeanor this woman holds) but i dont really think that people know the severity of her "christian" claims. many blogs posted from her state: she certainly dont want to judge anyone and wants to love everyone the way God does....... no one except molli knows the myspace messages that were sent to me as a result of me exposing her.... sure, a rank,heartless,hollowed soul would probably be capable of continuous slander towards a person sometimes for no reason. BUT!!! a woman, claiming the "Christian" lifestyle,beliefs,practices.......SIMPLY AND PLAINLY IS NOT TRUE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Why dont you come forward? My name is Chadwick. I'm a former office employee of the ctaylor agency. it has been brought to my attention a list of people, (30-40 currently to date with more coming forth daily) that have joined forces and are seeking serious legal measures that were lied to by this company. I feel great responsibility to come forward as well and join in to help these people seek justice from this company and its owner, Theresa Catanese.

I must however begin this complaint and informant by saying I'm fully aware of the personal slams against my character, lifestyle, past, present, and future, as well as my family that this letter will reap. let me include ' I'm not scared' and this matter is one of business as I refuse to attack Theresa on a personal level. I included family because as you will learn later on in this letter she attacked my family in such a grotesque way upon leaving her business as a form of retaliation as she has many others, as you all are coming forward. Let me start at the beginning.

I moved back to evansville 2005...shortly after moving here I saw the add for the agency on a commercial. I was ecstatic being how there aren't many agencies in this area. Whether I got something small or something big I didn't care...as many of you who are in the acting business know its the love for it not the quantity of it. However, this was a modeling agency and I had only done acting work so this was all new to me. I was told to sign a contract with the agency, which I should add, I still have in my possession for those of you who didn't sign and were told you didn't have to. Many of you are coming forward stating you were told you would get paid in 30 to 90 days....some of you...2 to 3 weeks....some of you...6 to 9 months...and then there are those of you who were told to never contact the agency again and you have proof through email ( good job guys!!! )

I find it humorous and sick, but necessary to add about the gentleman who lives states away who upon calling to inquire about his 'long lost check' that he was being charged 10.00$ (US) per phone call and per email inquiring about his pay. Let me upfront state that it is for these reasons that I left the company, along with her former office manager who witnessed everything I'm telling you, just earlier than I had.

Joining the company I was brought into a mess and was deceived very quickly. Her former office manager had confronted her about all the issues you all who are coming forward with and was told she was delusional. History definitely repeats itself!!! upon confronting her with the lies I was being asked to tell clients, models, their families, I finally confronted her and WOW!!! my heart goes out to the former office manager and I've recently been able to connect with her and share identical stories to the 'T' . Later in the year she asked me to come on board the company as a part time employee, helping out with the phones, meeting with people to sign contracts. All things she said she didn't have time for. However, it took a while for me to connect the people doing the jobs with the client and then finally the checks. problem was, they weren't connecting.

Once I learned and became more familiar with the clients, jobs, and models I began to see they were absolutely not getting paid! But a pattern was there that I wasn't aware of. Models living in this area and who were on good standing with Theresa were getting paid. Those who called the office and asked about their pay once or twice was suddenly put on her mental 'do not pay' list. This is where caller ID came in real handy for here....she mentally kept track of people who had 'ticked' her off and would very nonchalantly say...'they pissed me off the other day....I'll call them back when I'm ready to call them back!!!' Some of those people are some of you coming forward today. I want to at this time apologize to those of you who may have been taken advantage while I was in the office. I certainly wasn't the mastermind behind her business but having helped her I feel guilt for...I didn't realize the severity until towards the end when I left.

that's why I want to help all of you and I'm impressed how some of you are taking the bull by the horns and even involving the FBI. I often thought when was someone going to do something and I'm glad 'someone' is. Getting back to everything I witnessed in the office. some people would call inquiring about there check which was sometimes 4 and 5 months overdue, and would upset her so much that I would be asked to pull their file, throw away their contract, and destroy their professional pictures. (not property of C Taylor agency).

This troubled me, however it gets deeper than that. She would often out of spite, mail someone a check knowing the check was no good with no intent on correctly paying the model. When someone called I was told to tell them either the check was in the mail, the client has not paid, or simply we had not received their paperwork. on the subject of the clients, (which we are finding out this is where the authorities are getting seriously involved) the checks would come in for the jobs you all had already done. Your checks went to everything but you!!! The electric bill for her office was a big one....I must note...we couldn't go into work for a week due to the lights getting shut off....guess there weren't any checks from the clients coming in that week. Her car payment, insurance, and sometimes just a random shopping day. I know lunches for the office came out of your paychecks 3 to 4 times per week. But Theresa knew what she was doing.....she would state, ' I'll have to pay my electric bill so I can book more jobs for people!!!!'

clearly feeling guilty over having spent peoples money who had been waiting in excess of 3 to 5 months....but as I'm learning some of you are coming forward from 2004, 2005, and beyond!!! i must admit it makes my skin crawl to find out things even now that i didn't know about the business back then. The way she has tried to cover ever track of her embezzlement. she has recently created 4 to 5 new names for companies that are all hers....its funny.....Wal-marts a HUGE company.....they don't need 5 names to keep up with themselves....lol seriously though, I believe that some of you are getting promotions under these other names and she is able to disappear when the money comes in and leave you no trace!!!!

On the personal side of things, I know she has performed background checks on people to get 'dirt' on them in order to not pay them. Guess no one was around to tell her this was EXTREMELY illegal!!! So far, two cases of this the people are coming forward with legal action. again, good job guys! I remember not long after starting the company some research she did on a male model that used to be with her agency. She claims he was a rapist and it wasn't long you may have as well sent a memo out!!! She made sure everyone knew. Another gentleman is coming forward that she 'claims' had a record and she 'will NOT' pay or have people working for her with a record.......how convenient, the jobs already been completed and Theresa has already been paid!!!!

The cunning way she escapes out of paying people is not only shocking but illegal. It took some people being brave to actually find out that those of you being hired over the Internet across states lines, is a WHOLE separate criminal act in itself. I must admit i didn't even know the severity of it and am ashamed to have been associated with the company. many of the local models and demonstrators who have joined a more legit company in this area...be ADVISED! she has no problems calling the client and trying to get paid for your work when she knows the client on a close basis. If your picture is on her website and they have not been told that you left the company...she can sneakily tell them your still with her. and again, the bottom line is money!!! she has also joined forces with other agencies in that she 'borrows' models to book short notice jobs. Only agencies that are not aware of her business practices will gladly give her the contact information for out of state models. she will then tell them the job, price and have the model work the job.

Catcher is, your told way below what the job is actually paid...and that which is left over is put into pocket. Again the contract states she will take out 20%, no other fees!!! sad, but true. I don't want anyone in any way to feel scared or that your alone if these practices of this company have been done to you or affected you....there are more people coming together than what I even thought would and have legal action that is already in affect. A lawsuit was won against her no questions asked and I hear the same judge will be the one handling the joint action of all the ones who have already come forward. In that case, the judge ordered her to pay three times what the individual was owed for the job including her 20% she is supposed to take out. I cant say, but I think the same will be done again, only this time the amount is through the roof! some of you done these jobs for extra cash...some of you to help with living expense, and a lot of you I remember were in college. Hang on!!!!, and again don't be afraid to come forward....there are many people like you that have cried over this and are saying 'enough is enough'.

Let me also state for the record, she owes me only for two days working in the office that were unpaid. they were not even full days. its not about the money. its about your money you thought you were going to receive. When I decided to leave the company I knew that I would receive hateful emails, messages, and so on. I kept those and hope you all have kept any you have as well. I was told if I wanted to get paid, I would take myself in her office and confront her for my pay face-to-face. In the same message she stated' that's only if your man enough....which your probably not!!!'. She also said everyone hates me, including my family, friends and no one would want anything to do with me!!! all this just because I left and told her the reasons why I was leaving.

So as you can see, once confronted with her business practices, it becomes personal, childish, and downright cruel. I'm aware that she will do this again to me, but I'm doing this for you all who are fighting and standing up and not letting her laugh in your face while shes keeping your money. For those of you scared to come forward, think about this, in the case of Jim and Tammy Fae baker, they would still be doing what they were doing had no one come forward. A case similar to mine...she thought she was going to receive money from a pageant winner here in the local area for some promotional work she was doing after she won her crown...the family of the girl had to take Theresa aside and tell her the things she was doing were because of her winning the crown...not the agency! She was furious, she immediately called numerous runners up and contestants demanding 'dirt' on the newly crowned winner so that she could 'dethrone' her!!! I know for a fact that never happened.

as you can see these are the patterns that have followed her and are now coming against her. so let me end by saying 'yes' I'm MAN enough theresa.....but quiet frankly...the money she owes me is nothing compared to what she owes others!!! I'd rather see you all get it!!!!

Please be advised that Molliwood Productions was forced into taking legal action against Teresa Cantanese due to her lack of professionalism, communication and monetary irresponsibility. I am a witness to this as I am one of the models who did not get paid for a job I worked for Teresa. Not to mention the multiple phone calls I made on behalf of myself and Molliwood Productions in an effort to collect my money independently. It never cease to amaze me that those low-density broads are always calling Molli to staff their events and then they want to turn around and hate on her because they've failed to pay. Writing this phony report only display this person's deep rooted jealousy issues. The true problem is that Teresa Cantanese agency failed and Molliwood Productions continues to excel.



There have been many people trying to emulate Molli and Molliwood Productions because she is good at what she does. However, it takes honesty, hard work and dedication. Molli has exceptional organizational skills, professional, and has great work ethics. Those were the qualities that kept me working with her and her team.



We always knew that there were haters in the world. However, Molli was standing up for herself, her agency and the talent who was owed compensation from Teresa. Teresa has always wanted what Molli had and what Molli currently have now. Also, there are not too many women walking the earth with a gorgeous figure, an exceptional man, 3 beautiful children and a beautiful home. Every time Molli makes a decision about life, it is always a good one. You have done so many good things for people. No one is a stranger to her. She has made me feel like part of her family. Each and every time I had a problem, a question or just wanted to talk, she has always made time for me. I am a professional person and I only work with people of my caliber. Ms. Nina Rotti who? What? When? And where did she crawl from? As long as I've worked for Molli, I have never heard of a Nina nor have I ever worked with her. Only classy, mature, intelligent ladies work for Molli not the vicious and malicious. I started my promotional career with Molli in May, 2001. Since I've been working with Molliwood Productions, I've earned lots of money. I have been paid for each and every job. From 2002 2006, I worked for Molliwood and a temp agency and was able to afford to purchase a Star Craft Chevy Express luxury, fully loaded conversion van. Molli had so much work that I was able to keep my mortgage caught up and enjoy fun work with good pay. I have received accurate communication, proper and effective training, and have been treated fairly from day one. Molli has employed my mother, father, uncle, and daughter to execute high profile promotions on behalf of large consumer based companies. Essentially, Molliwood Productions is the only promotional agency that pays on time and pays extremely well. I have proof in my home and at my tax accountant's office that Molli Funk does indeed have a tax ID number. Molli is one of the most, kind hearted people that I know and she would never discredit anyone, never would steal, always professional and honest.



I am happy to know Molli and her family. I also feel good about myself and the goals I achieved by being employed by her agency. As we get closer to 2009, I will continue to support Molli and work for her for as long as she continues to own and operate her business.

Molliwood Productions is the best! I have worked with many agencies and it is a tough job. There is hardly ever work and when I do work I'm desperately awaiting my pay for months! With Molli I have been able to make a constant income because she always finds me work! I can't believe that anyone could ever make such a ridiculous complaint about such a sweet person! She is not just an agency... but a friend! I haven't even met her in person but she has always been supporting and understanding and trusting of me!

I have worked for Molli for 7 years, very regularly during this entire time and have been paid for EVERY SINGLE event that I have done. Molli is great to work for, and some of the accusations in this report have nothing to do with the credibility of the employer (like the fact that she has a home office). I personally know that Molli moved because her husband transfered jobs, not because she had unpaid employers.

My name is Manetric Douglas and I have been working with Molli Funk (now Bovard) since 2007. As a green person starting off in this business she gave me a chance to show my work ethics and my dependability. In my time of working with her has show me that she is fair, trustworthy and has a great company to work for. I have worked for numerous companies since starting in this industry and have come across my fair share of companies that pay late, don't respond to emails and phone calls and etc.
Like most companies Molli doesn't get paid until the company sends out the check to pay all of her employees. I've never had a problem nor have any of my family and friends that work with her. For this person claiming to have been ripped off by Molli I would like to see some proof of that. Show us emails regarding this promotion that you did. Molli always sends detailed emails regarding the event. And upload that check stub as proof of what you are saying to prove this is not a hoax as we all believe.

I've been an independent controctor for over 5 years and worked with many national clients. Molliwood Productions is by far the best company to work with. They have competitive pay, keep accurate up to date records and keep in constant communication which ultimatley ensures that all needs, both models and clients, are met so everyone has a great working relationship.

I have done many promotions for Molliwood Productions and so have many of my friends. I have always had a positive experinece from being booked to the promotion to being paid. I have never had any problems while working with Molli. She has always been very helpful and very trustworthy, and most importantly always ontime with my paycheck. All of my friends that work promotions with her have never had anything negative to say about thier experience with her agency. I believe these accusations made by Nina Rossi will have no effect on Molli or Molliwood Productions. She truely does a great job, and I along with many many others will continue to work for her.

Molli Funk is an amazing person! She's never once screwed me, or anyone else I know, out of any money. She is completely reliable for anything and everything. She has ALWAYS been there anytime I have a question about anything, with her company or another, even when she's going through the drive thru to pick something up for her children. I stand behind Molli completely! This NINA person...if she even exists needs to do her work before she goes and starts accusing Molli of stuff that's not even close to being true...show some proof "Nina"!!!!

Molly has been very helpful and gave me my first job. Because she trusted me and took a chance on me, I was able to get other jobs, too. I am now running my own 2 month long promotion on my campus at Indiana University, which is great for my business degree as it involves a lot of responsibility, working with a budget, and organizing events. I was always paid, even if it was a little later than expected sometimes. I have Molly to thank for nearly all my work experience thus far!

My relationship with Molliwood Productions started in the very beginning, yes 18 years.....and still work for Molliwood. She started from the ground up and only has continued to grow her business no matter what town she's in, thank God she does work out of her home via phone and internet.....because her husband is successful as well, obvious due to promotions and RELOCATIONS.

Molli is guilty of one thing....being too nice!!! I know this from my personal background with her as she is my best friend, 20 years!!! Never once have I seen or heard of her with non-payment to anyone, quite the opposite....prepaying talent before she's paid by the client. Molli knows how to treat her employees, she's worked many promotions herself prior to Molliwood and even on-hand with her company, she's harder on herself than anyone regarding: being on time, respecting the client and going above what's expected of her but she also expects this in return.

As a person she's a true friend that would do anything for anyone, as a business owner, she's the same only add spit-fire when it comes to being professional, plus having the loyalty of her employees AND her clients.....OBVIOUS that's why they follow her to whatever town her husband is relocated to.

I am OUTRAGED to these alligations made by someone hiding behind a false name and it's OBVIOUS that this person is retaliating against Molli because this person was the one caught in lies, non-payment and found guilty in the court of law....actually looking at her background and history I didn't expect anything less than an immature outlash because she's (Theresa/Nina Rotti..."Rotten") the guilty one.

My husband and myself have only been working for Molli Funk for a very short time. We find her to be a very honest and a very likeable person. Molli has given us her home work and her cell phone numbers, we also have her address . I have never called Molli or emailed her that I didn't get an answer from her.Yes Molli works out of her home and she has children and she has dogs (like most women do) Molli always takes the time to help you out if you have a problem. She pays allof her demonstrators as soon as she gets paid, she is one of very few people that pays her demonstrators before she takes any money out of the checks she receives from her client, I donot understand why people like Nina Rotti would do something like this for other people to see. It sounds to me like these people are jealous of what Molli has. A good husband, kids, dogs, and a career. Nina Rotti if that actually is your name you should be ashamed of yourself for trying to spread lies, in the hope Molli Funk loses her job. It sounds like you don't have anything better to do than spread lies. Maybe you should take a good look at your own life and get it straightened out before you try to destroy any one elses life. I have worked with Molli for the past 3 years in the Promotional Modeling world. I know who her clients are, and I know many of her models who also work for me in the Print / Advertising world.
I refer dozens of models a month to Molli to do promotional modeling, and I have never - not once - heard or experienced anything negative with Molli or her business. She is one of the most knowledgeable women in the Promotional Modeling Industry I have ever met.
She is beautiful, talented and successful - and there are some people out there who just WISH they had a piece of what she has... there is no doubt in my mind who this so called "Nina Rotti" is. Molli has one enemy in the world, and this person is just trying to get revenge on Molli because "Nina Rotti"'s so called "Agency" has been sued several times this year for non-payment to Models... and Molli was one of those people who had to sue her for thousands of dollars as well. Molli hasn't destroyed her reputation... "Nina Rotti" has destroyed it herself.
I have experienced this attempt of revenge from "Nina Rotti" as well. Fortunately, the truth always reveals itself, and my business tripled over the last year.

Let me start off by saying that Molli Funk who owns Molliwood Productions is one the most respected, talented, honest and trust worthy person's you will ever meet. Not only has she been a successful business owner for the past 18 years, without a single complaint with the exception of Nina Rotti who? But also has
one of the worlds largest client's that books talent directly through her agency of 500 plus independent contractors. So like the title of this response who the hell is Nina Rotti??? So lets set a few things straight. I have been working for Molli going on 10 years and you know every year I receive a 1099 from her and low and behold there's a tax id number on there. So that clarifies one of the lies. And how does a women successfully run a business for 18 years and be
so disorganized?? Not only does she successfully run that business she also manages a home, 3 wonderful children and a husband and yes you guess it a dog.
Hey, Nina Rotti who? It doesn't take a rocket scientists to understand why Molli works out of her home. Why would she pay to rent a "room" to call it her "office" when her business is something that is done over the computer, which
brings me to my next question Nina Rotti who?? How do you lose paperwork that you don't have physically in your hands??? You don't because its done over the computer and is sent directly to the client.

So lets move on to your next lie. Molli moved because her husband received a promotion within the company he works for and it was too good to pass up, thats why Molli and her family moved. Supposedly you filed paperwork with a
lawyer, so where is it???? I went to the court house and they have no record of any filings with the name of Nina Rotti or Molli Funk. So, without putting much thought into that one we will just some it up as Nina Rotti has once again lied. Big surprise. Nina, you stated that you never got "repaid" repaid for what??? You only get paid once for each promotion that you do. Typo right??
Guess what they have this neat little feature out for all your other mistakes is called spell check try using it some time. And as far as you financial situation I would say it falls into the same category as your spelling, try
counting on both hands next time. How is your error Molli's fault???? To me this is nothing more than an angry person that is trying to destroy the reputation of a wonderful person. Well guess what, you better get up a little
earlier next time. And if what you say is so true provide some hard evidence paperwork, case numbers, etc and prove that what is coming out of that hole in you face is true. Let me close this unnecessary rebuttal by saying that for
the past 10 years that I have worked for Molli, I have had nothing but wonderful experiences as well as other talent that have worked for her. I have worked a lot of high profile promotions as well as managing many events and I have have
gotten nothing but positive feedback from Molli's talent regarding her. I just read this report on Molliwood Productions, the business owned by Molli Funk, and would like to comment that none of the things reported have ever happened to me. I started working for Molli in 2003 and have worked many jobs for her ranging from in-store demonstrations to managing events with major clients. I have always received every paycheck for every job worked. Last year I was short money for Christmas so Molli pre-paid me my paycheck before she was even paid for the job!

I have many, many friends and my brother who have also worked events for Molli. I know for a fact that each of them have received every paycheck for every event ever worked as well. Molli has added travel expenses to many checks for working events far from my house.

I would recommend Molliwood to everyone in the promotional industry as a company who gets good, fun jobs and as a company that you do not have to worry about getting paid for your work! The other model from Ohio must have worked for a different company because what she described is not the company that I have known and worked for during the past five years.

I am writing this in rebuttal to the complaint from Nina Rotti made against my agency Molliwood Production.

I Molli Funk; owner of Molliwood Productions, have been blessed with a very successful business in a very difficult industry, modeling and promotional staffing. I take great pride in the fact that since opening my agency in 1990 I have not experience anything such as this. I employ / contract a large number of people. Typically in this business the talent doesn't get paid until the promotion is completed and the contracted advertising agency pays the local staffing agency. However I have been fortunate enough through our steady stream of work to be able to pre-pay the talent more often than not. Of course this isn't always the case and in this line of work is almost never heard of.

Ms. Rotti makes several claims in her report which I will attempt to dispute. I am the owner and operator of this agency and in my opinion I am very organized, keep great records, and respond to all inquiries timely. Although not all problems are resolve to everyone's satisfaction, I do value my reputation and take pride in the people I work for as well as the people that work for me.

Ms. Rotti's claim that a local search in San Francisco doesn't find Molliwood Productions is true. The reason you can't find Molliwood Productions in San Francisco is that the home based agency mainly operates in the Midwest. I do not staff talent in California. If Ms. Rotti knew anything about business she would know you can't own, operate, or run a business without federal tax ID #. I have been operating under federal tax ID # since 1990, and can provide such documentation.
The further claim that there is no website or contact information regarding my agency is false. I have made my agency available to hundreds of people and businesses. Enclosed you'll find contact information for my agency. We do not currently advertise on the internet. Fortunately for me I have been excessively successful without advertising other than by word of mouth, which should illustrate my organizational commitment to complete satisfaction.

Since I am a wife and a mother to three we have had some great opportunities to relocate with my husband's corporate assignments. Fortunately for me with each relocation my clients have asked me to take on additional markets. We did move from Ohio a few years ago and continue to staff that entire market.

Finally, the real allegation; Ms Rotti claims I owed her money as well as many other models in Ohio. Her report makes reference to legal action against my agency. That is simply not true. I don't know a Nina Rotti nor have I ever contracted or employed a Nina Rotti, if I did my accountant would know. I responded directly to the report by way of e-mail offering my availability for discussion regarding this matter. I welcome the opportunity to discuss this with Ms. Rotti or her attorney. If there has been previous legal action it will be easily proven. I am anxious to see the documentation of such legal proceedings since I know they don't exist. Hopefully, if Ms. Rotti actually retained services of legal counsel she would have been advised on defamation of character and libelous posting which are prosecutable by law.

In short, this posting is bogus, and I don't believe this person exists as one of my staff or models. I don't owe her money nor have I ever been involved in any legal action with this person or ANYONE else that has ever worked with my company. I can and will provide positive testimonies from my clients/staff although I shouldn't allow unfounded claims to take up my valuable time. I will proceed with legal action against Ms. Rotti if we can find her, or the real person behind this bogus claim. The claim that Molliwood Productions is a fraud or a scam is simply not true. We provide professional staffing for major manufactures and do not engage in any illegal or questionable activity. I WELCOME/ENCOURAGE anyone to pull up public records on my agency in ANY state! As you well know, if legal action had been taken, you of all people can back up that claim with proof of a work order/report forms, which I might add goes directly to my client to expedite the paying process faster via website access. Taylor Modeling Agency and Theresa Catanese - So please if you REALLY want to know the truth, please go to the Vanderburgh County Court Systems in Evansville Indiana and check it out for yourself! Please do not believe the slanderous lies that she has been spreading about the people involved. Get the facts.

And consider this: If a well known news reporter did a special story about all of this, you know she has to be very careful about her facts. She cannot air anything that cannot be proven.

The owner of an Evansville talent and modeling agency is ordered to pay up after being sued by models who say she pocketed their paychecks.
The C. Taylor Agency has been in business in Evansville for more than a decade. (SO she says... actually it has been about 4 years).
The owner, Theresa Catanese, has been active in the local pageant world for years.
Now, several models say she hasn't been paying them for their time and work.
We spoke to former clients of Catanese. One after another have gone to court to fight for a paycheck they say they never received.
Former client, Andrea Simmons, says she tried very hard to contact Catanese, 'I tried contacting her on several occasions and had no response. Her voice mails were always full so you couldn't even leave a message.'
Amanda McClure says she is still waiting on payment from a lengthy job, ' I did a job for her in October 2005. It was supposed to be a four hour, six day event where I was paid and she didn't pay me for those.'
They say local companies paid Theresa Catanese's agency a paycheck for promotional jobs her models did. She was supposed to take a percentage of the money and then pay the models, but the models say instead she took it all.
McClure says, 'I think she doesn't think we would have went this far but I mean, there's a lot of girls she hasn't paid so we're determined to get it.'
McClure goes on to say, 'I deserve to be paid. I took off work to work for her and I missed school to work for her and she should pay it.'
Molli Funk sued for thousands of dollars, and won, after she modeled and provided other models to do a job for Catanese. Funk says she ended up paying the other models out of her own pocket when Catanese didn't, 'No one should have to go through this to get their money and what is rightfully theirs and what they are owed. She knows this and she's the one who has to look at herself in the mirror everyday.'
Some have appeared in court more than once, after a judge ordered Catanese to pay up, and she didn't.
Many times Catanese has failed to show up at all, and that's also what happened with us. After she failed to show up for our scheduled interview, she issued this statement:
'I am fully aware of the talent that needs to be paid for jobs they have performed. We have full intentions of paying those individuals as quickly as possible. If any individual feels that they have not received full compensation in work they have completed, they are welcome to call us and we will help resolve the issue. The C. Taylor agency has been successful helping to launch the careers of many local and national talent and are looking forward to help both talent and clients in the future.'
A judge ordered the money owed to one model garnished from Theresa Catanese's assets after Catanese failed to appear in court a second time with this particular model.
Four models have sued Catanese. In every case, the judge has ruled in favor of the models.

FOLLOW UP NOTES:
Amanda McClure went back to court this Monday for the 3rd time because Theresa did not pay her from 2005, and Theresa has not shown up to ANY court hearings. SO.. the judge ordered her to pay the money in full within 2 weeks, or there will be a warrant out for Theresa's arrest.

Molli Funk's attorney went back to court this Wednesday with Theresa because she had lied about her income and had to be served legal garnishment papers on the set of a photoshoot recently (in front of the client and models, I might add!) They are still trying to work with Theresa on paying back the $4000 she owes Molli alone, but if it does not happen soon, the future does not look too bright for Mrs. Catanese.

MOST of the models who Theresa owes money to are out of state. This is how she does most of her business because now all of the local clients are aware of her methods. This makes it very difficult for anyone to sue her if they live so far away! ...ALL part of the plan, I am sure.
If you 'GOOGLE' the words Theresa Catanese or The C. Taylor Agency along with the word SCAM... its gets very interesting how many other models are out there.

Anyone can go to the Vanderburgh County Courts and look up these words to find out the truth for yourself. The one where Theresa was arrested for criminal check deception is very interesting as well.
