Complaint Review: Mollo Law Firm

Al Mollo mishandled a case badly.  All he had to do was request an adjournment in a case.  He did not get to the court in time on the scheduled date and the case resulted in a default against his client.  He then refused to file a motion to set aside the default that was caused by his own incompetence and negligence.  When the next court date came in the case, he told his client, on the morning of the court date, that he would not go to court to correct the problem he had caused his client.
