Complaint Review: molly maid

i worked for this company molly maid for seven years. throughout i have witnessed the office overbilling such sercies like vetern affairs and peel community services. the price gouging is criminal. some girls who work for ms. mackie drink and abuse drugs. the owner kmows about this and continues to allow them to drive the company vehicles. she also believes the customer is always right and you never get a chance to properly address a complaint. she just doesnt want to hear about it. basically its put up and shut up. my partner and i were recently fired because a customer accused my partner of stealing and cleaning privatly. none of this was properly proven and was based on  heresay. the customer threatened to go to the media and give the company bad press. our employer freaked out and instantly sided with the customer. at first we were granted e. i. benefits until ms. mackie demanded that there be a hearing at which we were denied  our benefits stating that if we were allowed to have them it would look bad on her????and that we may gossip and brag about getting away with it. her  only concern was her reputation that could get ruined by this customer. we were never allowed a proper hearing and had no say in the process. i have lost my home because i could no longer afford it. i have been out of a job for months now but im applying everyday and the last of my savings are running out. i have gone from an apartment to renting a room for now plus my reputation as a good worker is destroyed.
