I went to Mom's Mobile Homes in Springdale Arkansas and viewed their homes. I found one I really liked and so I talked to the manager, Bryan Howard, who was very nice and assured me that the few negative items on my credit report were not a problem.

He said he knew an agency , CRS, that would help repair my credit. He assured me that if I gave him $600 that they could get everything removed from my credit report and it would only take 30 -45 days.

I was skeptical but the more he talked the better it sounded. Being a single Mom I didn't really have an extra $600 but I came up with it thinking it would be so much better for me and my kids in the long run.

That was 6 months ago and my credit is still the same as ever. Nothing was removed. I received my packets in the mail from CRS and did exactly as they said but nothing has been changed. Now they tell me it could take longer.

I feel cheated and I feel lied to. Now when I call Bryan, he doesn't return my calls. The lady at CRS, Anita Howard, doesn't reply to my calls anymore either. It took me awhile to figure out that Bryan and Aniata were actually married. I guess they are in on the scam together. MY ADVICE TO EVERYONE IS TO NOT BUY ANYTHING AT MOM'S MOBILE HOMES!

Taking Advantage of Consumers

When someone has credit problems it may be their own fault, you're right.

But when someone else comes along and takes advantage of that by making promises that he knowingly can't live up to then that's wrong.

And that's what Bryan Howard and his employees are doing. They are taking advantage of people who have had bad luck or made bad decisions.

You need to practice your spelling and leave the complaints to the BBB.

I am amazed that consumers blame everyone for their own problems. Maybe it is time they layed down their magnifying glass and picked up a mirror. This person is an adult and read, signed and agreed to all the terms. They were also furnished with a copy of the Federal Trade Commisions guidelines and signed and acknowledged it. Credit repair as stated in their agreement only removes outdated, wrong, and items that do not belong to the consumer. It is not a magic wand that erases all their bad credit which they themselves received as a result of their own ilresponsability. I pray in the future people like this will take a good look at themselves and their ilresponsability before wrecklessly slandering others for the mess they themselves created. God Bless, Bryan Howard
