About a year and a half  to 2 years ago I was approached by a salesman (Randy Cooper) about credit card processing thru Momentum. Since I was having issues with my current provider, I listened to his presentation. He promised a better rate, a better lease fee ( EVEN THOUGH HE SAID THERE WOULD BE NO CONTRACT TO LEASE)  but the best ,for me, part of his shpeal was that they could offer me WIFI equipment. That was the issue I was having with my current provider. Another part of the agreement was to pay off the remainder of my contract with my current provider.

To make a long story short. Approximately a yr n half later, the equipment rarely works, the contract with my old provider was never paid so I am in collection with them, most calls to Mr. Cooper are not returned and I am proud to say I fully support Square processing thru my android.
I have complained to Randy Cooper before and he assured me that he would clear it all up. Well I am done waiting for them to even attempt to make things right. If you or anyone you know even think of using Momentum services, please rethink. They are a prime example of a company building itself off the backbone of small business with no regard for their customers.
