Complaint Review: Momentum Direct

I ordered the 2 day slim down. Didnt receive it until a month later. I thought they forgot about me. After I received it I immediately returned it using priority mail and delivery confirmation so I know they got it. I called my bank and they charged me 49.95 even though I returned it. I called and the guy said I should be getting a refund in the mail. Its been a month. Nothing. I need help to get my money back. How are they getting away with this?
