I had signed up for this trial offer of Slim Down. I NEVER received the product, yet they deducted 49.95 from my account. If this isn't a rip-off I don't know what is. When I called the customer service number off the image of the bank draft all I got was "Thank you for calling Momentum Direct, an agent will be with you shortly". This was repeated over and over again then the line went dead. Needless to say, I never got to talk to anyone.
