Complaint Review: Momentum Direct

Momentum Direct - I signed up for a free trial of some health/energy pill and paid for shipping with my credit card. I never got the free trial to begin with. I sent three emails cancelling the trial and a phone call. Then today I get a charge for $49.95 from my bank account. I have no idea how they got my bank account information. I have had to close my bank account and open another one, file a police report and still haven't gotten my money back.

This company is a scam, they don't answer their phone numbers, don't reply to email, don't send the product they promised.
