I too have had trouble reaching these people to cancel my account and get an authorization number to return their product. I have found that the main costumer service number often rings like a fax, so I tried the fax number. They also gave me a second number (800-356-9939) which is not answered. I simply prevailed until I got someone to help me.

i am returning the product with only my order number and praying that they don't charge me for the contimuum shipment. If they do, I will keep calling, keep track of who I talked to and their employee number, then use my bank to dispute the charge.

I have seen complaints and warnings about them on the "freebie" site forums, so keep a close eye on your bank or credit card account and notify them as soon as you see suspicious activity by this company so you can dispute the charges. If your bank doesn't cooperate, as I see has happened, you may want to threaten to change banks. They have so much money that they should help you dispute unauthorized charges without argument to keep your business.

In other words, just keep on harrassing them or your bank until you get satisfaction. And avoid them in the future.
