Ordered free trial sample of weight loss product. Did not receive the 2 oz bottle till after the 2 weeks, and my bank was already hit the first time for
$49.95 by this time. That was on 10-31-07.

Bank was hit again on 11-09-07 for the sum of $58.93. Causing bank overdrafts, which of-course carry fees.

We go up to the bank and got coppies of the electronic checks and then call the company. Found out who they were and demanded a cancelation and refund of our money.

We have made several attempts of contacting them through emails and phone calls, and we get told (on the phone) very politly, that our refund is on it's way. But it never comes.

How can so many people be getting ripped off by this company? Can you imagine what kind of $$ are getting put up in someones Hot pocket?

I will be filing with the BBB also, closing this account, and hope to never again deal with this kind of company.
