Complaint Review: Momentum Direct

Momentun Direct decieved me with their product. When I received the product, it was not what I believed it was supposed to be. I had tried the "fee trial", but on the day I recieved it, they charged me $108.88. I called the company IMMEDIATELY to cancel and demand my money back, for I had 2 weeks to return before I was supposed to be charged $49.95, NOT $108.88!! I was told by a representative named Max that I would be returned $108.88 in full by ways of a check sent out to me within the week.. It has now been a week shy of a month. Now every time I call, I sit on the line for a ridiculous amount of time listening to the same Australian automated operator telling me that my call is very important and that all operators are busy at the moment. I don't see why they wouldn't be with all the unhappy former customers that they have stolen money from. Now, I don't have the product, NOR do I have my money back. These people should be stopped from stealing from innocent people that actually work hard for their money and not scam for a living.
