Momentum - Momentumdirect.net ripoff unauthorized automatic withdrawls from checking account product not received Magnolia Tesax
Momentumdirect.net has been deducting 58.93 from my checking account for the past four months. I vaguely remember ordering 1 time some vitamins or weight loss product. I am not even sure of what I might have ordered. They continued to deduct from my checking account using secquential check numbers without my knowledge. I started to receive bounce check notices and couldn't understand why until I found check that I had written for substantially less being cashed for the 58.93. And I just got a second bounce check notice today 9/26/2006. The total debits are 235.75 plus at least 2 overdraft charges to date. Making it a total of 295.75. Bad enough that this has happened but I have not received any product from them as well. In fact I am not sure I have received any.
The bank at this time has stopped payment on the AW's And have offered to help as well.
